I ordered from Culver’s while at home. I utilized door dash. My food was sealed tightly. Once I opened the bag I grabbed the burger, which was hot. I dumped my fries out and saw a piece of hair. I have locs so I know it’s not mine. I am truly saddened by this. I have never experienced anything like this, bad food, or service at your location.

Kind of disappointing service today. At the drive thru, as soon as I pulled up the lady said “gimme a minute”. Is there not a more polite and service friendly way to say that? (Perhaps, “one moment please). While waiting this lady came to my window and basically begged me to fill out this survey and mention her name and stood there watching me. I did not end up doing it. Turns out they forgot my side of cheese sauce as well even though it’s clearly on my receipt on the bag. These employees sure enough can’t read unfortunately

We waited for over 20 minutes just to get two medium dough, concrete and one singular vanilla sundae. One minute just simply get those three orders!? That’s ridiculous. It should be just get the ice cream and get it to the people. Come on!

The service is superb and the staff greet you when you come in the door as if you are a celebrity! I loved it! We got the frozen custard and it was delicious! Ted Drews has some competition plus they also offer burgers and other food items besides frozen custard! I will return for sure!

I was just recently at store 535 which is on Lindbergh at the Manager Brayden called the police and refused to give me a refund over food I did not order. I placed my order on the drive thru was told to park at lane 12 waited 30 mins for my food to come out that never came. My husband went in to get the food and when we finally got our food my food was cold. I called in and spoke with the manager Brayden and she assured she will remake my food fresh. When I got my food again it was not the food I ordered. So I went in to request a refund because it had been almost an hour at this point that I had been there. The manager Brayden tell me we can’t give you a refund and we called the police to assist. They refused to give me my money back or the food I ordered. I have all receipts proof and video to back up my claims. Every customer in the store at the time kept telling them they was wrong. I will never ever in my life eat at a Culver’s ever again and will be disputing the change.
