10 out of 10 would recommend came in the day after my birthday today , got the utmost exceptional Customer Service ☺️ i couldn’t remember my order and Gabe was so kind and patient with me. On top of that I gotta say one of the most delicious caramel crunch blended double espresso coffees that I’ve had in a very, very long time and yes, I am writing this after drinking that but I still mean exactly what I’m saying!!!! Charged me for my 6 year old to use the bathroom when she was literally about to poop herself. Horrible manager and customer service. Bathroom code is 112233. Shes so stingy on bathroom use for a little girl. Ridiculous.

Every time I go here the barista Danielle always gives people a hard time about paying customers and bathroom use. I always use a mobile order so the question always comes up about me being being paying customer. Tbh I understand but I watched her grill a mother and toddler about paying. The mom said she was gonna grab a drink but it was an emergency. If Danielle would be human once in awhile I wouldn’t be writing.

This USED to be an awesome place to get some work done for us WFH employees: nice and quiet, very accommodating, plenty of space, and good coffee… but the district manager TODAY informed all the Starbucks locations in Mililani to place covers over the power outlets. It’s incredulous how much time and money I’ve spent here and am no longer welcome…

I only came in to purchase a gift card. They had the Hawaii one, with the nene goose and a rainbow, but they were all out of sleeves. I didn’t order anything for myself to consume at this time. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and welcoming.
