this papa john’s used to be fine, but now every time we order pizza from here they are consistently undercooked. we always get the works stuffed crust and our crust is more dough than anything else. we’ve ordered at multiple different times, never before close, and the same thing and it’s constantly doughy.

Ordered for pick up and it was ready on time. Half cheese half pepperoni. I checked the pizza when I got in my car and it had a huge bubble on 2-3 pc and there was pepperoni on the other couple of cheese pc. I brought it back and the manager was incredibly accommodating they immediately started remaking and she took great care of me. They were clearly understaffed and rushing so I understand and sincerely appreciate the manager for taking care of me. Generally food tastes great and is ready on time with higher quality ingredients, better in every way than the other place nearby in the same plaza. I will continue coming here but suggest double checking before leaving just in case

Sadly this is likely a corporate Papa John’s issue since it’s obvious this restaurant was short staffed tonight and they continued to accept new orders. I placed an order 3 hours ago and 5 DoorDash drivers have abandoned the delivery. Just go to Dominoes instead for a more consistent experience.

Not even sure where to start…. Multiple employees using their phones while preparing food not washing hands and putting the phones back in their pockets only to continue to make the orders. Also witnessed an employee vaping on the make line. Then watched as they ate pizza while preparing food on the cut table. Then my pizza was made wrong when I express this the manager decided to challenge me and say it was made correctly. Overall sanitation customer service experience was atrocious I wasn’t offered any compensation not even a soda while I wait for them to remake the pizza. This is not the Papa John’s that I know and love. I live within 3 mi of this store and will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a pizza a 5 PM. The estimated time of arrival was 6:35-6:45. The pizza did not arrive until 10pm. Since 9 pm I’ve been on hold to speak to a manager to cancel my order. I will call back to request a refund the next day because no one has answered my call and I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I do not recommend ordering anything from here due to their extremely poor customer service. This is the first and last time I order from this location.

Ordered for delivery at 5:30 and they quoted delivery for 7:04 – 7:14. Knowing it is Halloween we understood the wait. At 730 we tried to call and got no where. My husband finally got dressed and drove there at 9:00. Ended up picking up our cold pizza from the rack out front. No one offered refund. Line out the door. I get it is Halloween but i will never order here again.

Ohhhh Papa Johns…
We ordered 1 large 3 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and jalapeño (extra jalapeño duh) and the other 1/2 anchovies, bacon, pineapple and tomatoes (extra tomatoes).
They delivered us 1/2 pepperoni and other 1/2 pineapple, tomatoes, bacon andddd black olives…
When we called the restaurant back, they said it would be an hour! I didn’t ask for my pizza to be made wrong… the manager stated “I don’t know who made the pizza”… do you not have a schedule to reference??
It is absurd that I am put in the back of the line because of someone else inability to read or make a pizza. The manager should at least could of offered to coach the employee who messed up so bad… take accountability for the screw up.
Now it has been over 1.5 hours since we called papa johns and guess what lol noooo pizza.

Literally made me feel like I was bothering them for asking questions and requesting a specific order. I always order from here on the app and just pick up. Today when I went inside to grab my order I wanted to add to it with some garlic knots. When I went to order I wanted to know if it could be done without adding the Parmesan. As I’m mid sentence asking her the question the young lady at the front cuts me off and says “what’s the name on the order”. I say to her I don’t even know if I’m going to order yet, I have a question first. So I ask her if it could be done without the Parmesan and she says yes. Next thing I hear her saying no garlic seasoning so I’m like wait why not the garlic and she then tells me that the Parmesan is mixed in. ♀️ I then ask to switch my order to just the plain 10 piece breadsticks then I hear the men preparing the food make this huge sigh and another say “ Yeah I know, I know” with me standing directly in front of them. Like what’s really the issue?!? They hadn’t even started with the order yet. They deliberately made me feel like my request was an issue. The young lady in the front clearly had an attitude and was rude. She was also extra rude to the young man who was working at the counter with her. You could tell he was still learning.
To top it all off, once I get my “10 piece” breadsticks they look as if they deliberately gave me un proportioned breadsticks. I can understand them not all being equal in size but these are way off.
If you’re going to order from here just do it online or on the app because their people skills and customer service/experience is TRASH ️
