This business is a great concept for giving new restaurant operators to prove their concept. We have dined twice so far with Templetons @Proof and had a great experience on both occasions. The food selection for dinner was well thought out and had something for all tastes in our party. The bar is operated by the building owners and is well stocked with a fine selection of wines, beers and cocktails. My understanding is that the restaurant operators will be in residence for six weeks and then they move to a permanent home either in another building location or food truck.
Already looking forward to the next offering in residence.
