I ordered the Five Nights At Freddy’s box specifically for the white cheddar bites. I only managed to get two decent pieces out of the container. The rest of them were this overcooked, amorphous blob. The garlic parm chicken and marinara sauce were great, but I was really looking forward to the cheese
The 1st women wore a Black shirt with no name tag so I couldn’t tell you her name, but she acted like she was have a bad day!!
Thankfully that the other young lady came over and was very helpful!!
The shift lead, I think her name was Erin, whatever happened in that drive through shouldn’t have happened in front of me, just as a customer. Even if you asked your associate beforehand to pull me forward, it was not appropriate to yell at her, say “What is wrong with you?!” so aggressively. Loud enough, mind you, for the person I was on the phone with in my car to hear the shift yelling through my phone speaker. If the big problem was me spending too much time in your drive through and running up your drive time, I don’t think taking an extra 4-5 seconds to yell at someone gets that timer to stop counting faster than just- reminding her to pull me forward a second time???
As a customer, my experience was negatively affected. And the way I saw the people preparing my food be treated left a bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t how you treat people, if this is how positions of authority in this store treat other associates in front of customers just trying to get their mobile order, I would be terrified to see how they treat associates when I’m not waiting in the window watching and hearing everything.
And the food was out in less than 2 minutes! And everything was accurate! Tasted delicious! Probably wouldn’t have left a review if not for that.
