What can I say about my visit other than spectacular. The food was delicious, the biscuits were tasty and warm. The water was even thirst quenching. Our server was a delight. She was knowledgeable. When she suggested add-ons, all I could say was okay. The setting was family friendly.

9-19-25 6:05 The worst experience. My boyfriend had a hair in his food. The server whose heavy set with blonde long 2 strand twist was speedy Gonzales and a liar !!! We couldn’t ask her to take our food order with the drink order because she was quickly walking off. And sped off for the remainder of service; we were telling her to wait. Came to our table every 30 minutes. Food took an hour to come out⏰! Now for the LIES. We ordered the boils. The garlic and old bay. Both of ours were spicy. I stopped the server and asked her what did she ring up? She repeated the flavors. I told her mines tastes spicy did she put a spice level in? She said no. I showed her the menu and how it was an option she said she didn’t put spicy in. I didn’t eat and then asked to speak to a manager. 10 minutes later the manager comes and tells me “they gave me what I ordered the server said I ordered spicy!!!!!!! ️ So the server lied to the manager and she lied to me !!!!!!! I said no to the managers offered remake and grew upset by the fact the server lied. She also got an attitude with us when we asked to add sausage. She mistakenly said we can have it for free, thinking we asked for sauce, but we were trying to pay for it from the jump and had no problem paying for it when we brought the missing sausage to her attention but we were greeted with an attitude. We weren’t the only ones complaining about the same server taking forever. The couple across from us wanted to leave and were upset by how long the food took to come out and didn’t want the food anymore… the server quickly swiped their card. They waited 15 minutes for a cup before giving up and leaving. The server would sing like she was unbothered at the server stand.

I’ll be honest — I was a little skeptical about stopping at Red Lobster. But my belly was calling the shots, and since it was the closest place around, I decided to give it a try. And wow… am I glad I listened!

From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed. The hostess greeted me with genuine warmth — friendly, accommodating, and effortlessly personable. My waitress was quick, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect.

Now, let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal! Chris, the cook, deserves a standing ovation. I’ve never been a huge fan of lobster, but this lobster changed my mind — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The baked potato was tender and seasoned beautifully (no dryness here — just buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goodness). The salmon was rich and silky, and the shrimp… perfectly tender, not chewy at all. Every bite was pure delight.

Honestly, the only thing missing at this Red Lobster is a bed — because after a meal this good, you’ll want to stay awhile!

Horrendous dining experience but the waiter tried to be apologetic. We went to celebrate a birthday with reservations and the food took 2 hours to come out. While waiting for our food we witnessed a table place orders, dine, and leave. There is no reason as to why a party with 6pm reservations are leaving until 830pm. I don’t know what is going on with staffing in their kitchens but I hope they fix the problem soon.

This location has the worse customer service. The days at this store are definitely numbered. My order was curbside I had to go in after 45 mins to get my order. My order was wrong 3 missing items. I was told they were busy and couldn’t bring my order out. I ordered the Admiral feast it was in the warmer all my clams were like rubber after in the warmer for so long. The host was on her phone playing a game in her phone when I walked in. I normally eat at this location. I had never experienced curbside before.

The worst Red Lobster experience I’ve had in my life. Full disclosure, I waited tables at Red Lobster for 5 years when I was undergraduate/graduate so I’m familiar with standard operating procedure. I ordered online such that my food would be ready when I arrived.

The Welcome (or lack thereof): I was not greeted by the host stand. When finally acknowledged, it felt like I was an inconvenience for showing up during business hours.

The Wait: I waited for about 10 minutes for the To-go person to get my information until I grew impatient and essentially stopped her to give her my name. There were about seven people in line and they all received their food before me, even though I was third in the line. A couple more people came after the entire line cleared and they got their food before I did.

The Attitude: A few minutes later the to-go waitress said she was bagging my cold items i.e. salad…but a salad didn’t come with my meal. I asked a different host to speak to a manager. I requested a refund however the manager ignored my request and stated she would check to see what the issue was. This was 30 minutes after my arrival.

The Food: By the time the food arrived (lukewarm, naturally), the mood was already ruined. The manager gave me my food, was apologetic, made excuses for the waitress, did not offer a free drink, dessert, discount, or coupon–despite the near 40 minute wait. She instructed me to check my order and I did, but was so pissed I didn’t realize my crab legs were missing until I arrived home. I called back, spoke to a different manager who was also apologetic and asked if I wanted to come back for them. It’s a 40 minute round trip and I told her I would get them tomorrow after work. Again, no offer of anything to compensate for the slow/poor service and inconvenience…just apologies. I got cash to tip the to-go server; I kept my cash to myself.

I will never patronize the Bridgeton Red Lobster as much as I can help it and I am a hair away from contacting the General manager/regional office.

Oh man, the food definitely hit the spot… like usual. Food was great our waitress was great. Atmosphere was ok. We were sat next to a big family who was loud so we had to hear eveything they were talking about, including how little they tipped the waitress considering it was a large table.. but other than that it was good.
