I could not have asked for a more incredible dessert for our September 2025 wedding! We chose the ice cream cookie sandwich bar and it was a huge hit with all of our guests (I mean, how could it not be?!). It wasn’t only a dessert, but a fun experience for our guests to be able to create their perfect dessert!
Leading up to the event, communication with the owner was clear and seamless. We booked over a year and a half in advance and they were always quick to respond to any small questions that came up during that time making my planning process much easier.
On the day of the wedding, Legendairy showed up on time and prepared with all of the correct flavors we chose for our big day. They even brought along signage with the flavor options and cones for people who simply wanted a scoop of ice cream instead of a cookie sandwich! The Caramel Apple Crumble flavor was a HUGE hit!
The two gals working the cookie sandwich bar were so sweet and we heard wonderful things about them from our guests.
Extra perk – we got to take any extra cookies and ice cream home with us! Best believe I’ll be having a scoop of ice cream every night until it’s gone 🙂

My husband and I knew we didn’t want a traditional cake, and what better choice than an Ice Cream Cart from Legendary Cookies ‘N Creamery! They truly lived up to their name. The treats were creamy, rich, and just downright amazing! Guests couldn’t get enough and kept going back for seconds, and having such a fun, interactive dessert option made the night feel extra memorable! The team was wonderful to work with, making everything seamless, and it was a total hit!

Simply phenomenal. I got the ice cream sandwich between a cookie and a brownie. It was absolutely spectacular! The cookie was soft and chewy and the brownie was perfectly sweet and delicate. My only wish was that they warmed up the cookie and brownie before sandwiching the ice cream. Still, it was an absolutely amazing dessert and I would love to have it again in the future!!

Woah! If you’re looking for a delicious treat for your ice cream pallet, this is the place! I took my grandson during Mile of Music. The staff were efficient and friendly. The cookies and brownies were SO DELICIOUS and there are so many options! I couldn’t even post my chocolate chip cookie with mint chip ice cream because I inhaled it before I took a picture. I went to write this review and started salivating all over again! We will be back the next time we are in town!

Legendairy was the HIT of the night at our wedding! We had the frozen custard bar with their new cart, and guests are still raving about it. The whole experience was a 10/10—from the setup to the flavors—and the Double Espresso Oreo was an absolute standout! It added such a fun and memorable touch to our celebration. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend heading to downtown Appleton to get some.

Newer place in town. Fresh baked cookies and brownies made into ice cream actually custard sandwiches. We have some other Sundays or whatnot too, but their sandwiches are awesome. Personally I would suggest getting the combo brownie and cookie sandwich but everything I’ve tried here has been good. Prices are right in line with what you get. And you know it’s fresh made because you watch them make it. Definitely give them a try if you’re looking for a treat for the family.

Tried a cookie sandwich from their food truck and it was absolutely delicious! They have amazing options when it comes to customizing your sandwich; several types of ice cream flavors, as well as cookie combinations. I also appreciated that they give the option to just get ice cream separately, if you don’t want it with the cookies & would prefer it in a cone/dish. Their cookies are delicious, soft & chewy! Their employees were kind and provided great customer service. If you see their food truck at an event you’re at, or you’re nearby their brick and mortar location, definitely check them out!
