My family and I went there earlier today expecting a long wait, etc. We were very impressed with being able to sit as soon as we entered. It was crowded but they made room for us (4) and other families quickly. The attention was amazing from bringing to end. From the hostess to the server, Jeremy, all was wonderful! We got our drinks and starters right away. Our entrees were brought to our table quickly as well. The food tasted perfect! Jeremy was superb! I usually speak with managers before leaving to make sure the great service is recognized. Since it was full, I couldn’t find the manager and didn’t want to bother others, especially as they were tending to other customers. I want to make sure that Jeremy is recognized for his wonderful service, and the cooks for a great dinner! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Chili’s today while placing a large order for an office meeting for 20 people. The gentleman who took my order over the phone was fantastic—he was patient, organized, and made sure everything was ordered correctly. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he did an excellent job.
When I arrived for pickup, Stephanie was incredibly sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond by helping me load everything into my vehicle, and did it with such a positive and pleasant attitude. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated when coordinating a large order. Thank you to the team for such great service!

I was there yesterday with my family, and from the moment we walked in, it was clear that the service was excellent. The staff was always attentive to our table.
However, as soon as we ordered the sodas, we noticed they were flat and tasted a bit strange (most likely machine issues due to lack of maintenance and/or supervision). There were no other soda options available to fix the situation, such as cans or bottles, so we had to keep drinking the terrible sodas because there was no alternative.
We ordered ribs and fajitas. The ribs were very good, but the fajitas were terrible. The beef was tough and not very flavorful, and the chicken was a nightmare — so fibrous that chewing it felt like a punishment. It’s ironic that one of your main dishes was the worst one to enjoy.
It had nothing to do with how it was cooked or the presentation, because it actually looked good. But the quality of the beef and chicken used for the fajitas is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s not how I remember it. Very poor management decision to purchase who knows what quality of chicken and beef for the fajitas.
I invite the person in charge of that to try them and give an objective opinion — as soon as possible — and see what they think.
And once again, the service was excellent, and the guacamole was excellent as well.

Amazing service today! We had an incredible server named Johan who was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our food, frequently checking in to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and helpfulness truly elevated our experience. Johan made our visit absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for better service!

Chili’s used to be my favorite place to grab a drink — especially the frozen strawberry margarita. I loved the two-for-one deal they used to offer, and the drinks came in a generous-sized glass that made it worth it.
Unfortunately, things have changed. First, they removed the two-for-one deal but kept the same glass size while raising the price. Now, on my most recent visit, the price went up again to $10, and the glass is noticeably smaller. It just doesn’t feel like a good value anymore.
I really hope they bring back the old two-for-one deal because that’s what kept me coming back. Until then, I probably won’t be returning for drinks.

Very clean. Friendly since the entrance. David was an exceptional server with the patience and etiquette of a fine dine waiter. He did great followed everything as asked for. My only critique was the confusion on the coke being brought out early wasnt the runners nor servers fault. Even then the runner was a great experience due to the minor conflict he still offered to bring it later or bring another one. So that to me as a guest means everything and more. Will definitely come back.
