Food was great, customer service is none. didnt ask for lemon pepper on wings or sauce on fries they just did it.
Lady with long nails at register if she spent more time on Custer service then being on her phone she would have more then $2 in tip jar.

If I could give them zero stars for the philly sandwiches I would. I ordered 2 philly steaks and I wasted my money on it. I spent almost $30 dollars thinking that I was going to get some good sandwiches. Come to find out it look like gyro meat instead of steak. They really need to get it together and learn how to season the food frfr. I shouldn’t have to come home and try to season the food to make it taste better. I know the price of beef is high but use real steak not mystery meat and cheese.

Tonight, my husband and I made a quick trip to this location after a day That was jampacked With birthday festivities. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, and the service was very pleasant. The restaurant was extremely clean. And our food was delectable. Definitely a lot more than what you would typically expect from a fast food restaurant. This restaurant is definitely one that you must try.

I ordered the Jerk crispy Philly steak w mild fries & Fuzzy Navel (I think that’s the flavor) Lemonade. Took less than 10 mins for my to go order & it was so delicious!!!!! Philly was crispy & juicyyyyy.
Good music & great service. I asked for whatever flavor lemonade was most popular and the worker had me sample his favorites- lime was so amazing too. He also smiled like the whole time- good vibes.
Affordable, quick, and fresh stop on my lunch break today. You bet I’ll be returning to try more of their menu

My wife and I visited this location and we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. The restaurant was very clean. Service was prompt. And most importantly our food was fresh, piping hot, and BUSSIN!!! BABAS WAS ON POINT and didnt disappoint. We will definitely be back again.

I’ve patronized this establishment multiple times it started off as decent place to get an Italian beef but the last three times were not good experiences. The cooks don’t follow instructions of the orders. I ordered an Italian beef with American cheese and a slushy they gave me nacho cheese and did not dip the sandwich the slushy was melted before I even got out the store. Second time ordered pizza puff and mozzarella sticks the mozzarella sticks were not melted inside. Today I just ordered an Italian beef the meat tastes weird the bread seems like it may be old and they did not DIP IT like I asked! The cashier offered a refund over the phone but I’d rather just leave this constructive criticism and go on about my day. Also please be more accurate with the wait times the last time I was here my food was cold because we were told it would take 20 mins yet the order was sitting on the counter when my friend went back inside 10 mins later to use the bathroom. The bathroom is also disgusting like a club bathroom and not a restaurant. An employee came out of it before I went in, instead of the employees bathroom (I would assume it would be more clean than the public one) which made me feel a little uneasy about her going to the back to make my sandwich after she just came out of that dirty bathroom. He also took a phone order before taking mine. Disappointed I wasted my money on nasty food I could’ve went to Portillo’s for the price and better quality. I hope you guys do better.
S/N: One time I went there to pick up a uber eats order. A black lady was the cashier she accused me of trying to steal the food because she didn’t see me slide the confirmation over. Literally yelled at me while I was walking out the door saying “you better not steal their food” how embarrassing. PICK BETTER WORKERS!
