Katasya The remarkable young lady that’s at the register early in the morning. She is magnificent. I ordered a big meal for my Shop. She got yelled at by management because she rang me up for a small Frappe, she gave me a medium one. I was willing to pay the difference, but she showed more customer service capability than the own manager. They need to promote her. She is A rare and unique female Specimen and McDonald’s should be honored to have her. I’ve been coming here since this McDonald opened up.

Always get my order correct. Other McDonald’s could learn from them. They must have a great management team.I just order Happy Meals but have to check them out before I drive away because 9/10 of the time somethings missing ie; French fries or the toy. I waited in line for a very long time, and customers were leaving the microphone on at the menu while cursing and being rude to each other. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. This location needs better management and crew organization.

Walt took great care of me. I was upset as I was missing a bacon quarter pounder from my large meal. The fries were ice cold. But he remade everything for me when he didn’t have too. I really was just missing the quarter pounder. I was really mad also and I am sorry for showing it, however it was raining and I was soaked and had to go back a second time. But thanks Walt!!!

This has to be the worst McDonald’s. Period. Ever. Period. I have tried for 3 years to get a milkshake. Lol. They never have them. NEVER, EVER. The food is always half-ass. One time the cheese on my cheeseburger was literally still cold. Today for example I was placing an order for breakfast at 4am and by 4:01am they were already not delivering. How many breakfast orders do you think they deal with at 4am?? Not freaking many. But now even less lol. The worst. Food. Service. Everything. And they don’t care one little bit. Avoid at all costs. Go to Wilson blvd or go hungry. I promise you those are your best options. I would say the problem is the workers but after living here for over 3 years it is clearly management. It will not be fixed. Please make another choice.

I see that this location got a new look. It looks nice. Truth be told, they should put more kiosk in every location because the clerks are subpar. Every once in a while you get a good one but I’d rather use the kiosk. The drive through times are long even with two lanes running. I’m glad for the upgrade in look, but can we upgrade the staff?

Overall not a good experience. The food was dirty, there was chard all over it. The Quarter pounder with cheese I ordered, was barely any meat on it and it was burnt and with no cheese. I poured the sprit and dirt came out of the dispensary into my drink so I had to dump it and repour. They forget fries when they handed me my food. And there were no napkins available for lobby use
