We always visit the Vintage park location but this time visited the 290 one. It was a week night so got seated right away. Service can definitely improve with hiring more attentive staff. Filet mignon turned out salty but otherwise food was decent. Bathroom stalls were very dirty and trash can was over flowing. The fact that it was a slow night, the manager / staff can atleast pay attention on keeping them clean. The chef that prepared our hibachi was very friendly and kept the kids on our table entertained.

Bad experience with the chef. My husband is allergic to seafood and he scolded us for it. Any other hibachi I’ve experienced acknowledges the allergy and has no issues accommodating. The chef made us feel like we were problematic for an allergy. I’ve never been to a hibachi where shrimp is automatically brought out. My son later had a reaction due to the chef cross contaminating allllllll the food left on the grill. We still paid for the food but won’t be okay and don’t recommend

Unfortunately after being seated it was more than an hour wait just for apps. The waiter was nice and all, but the wait time for food is ridiculous!! In my opinion, it’s unacceptable.

We ordered off the menu, the rolls were super basic and small. Their prices are pretty high for subpar food. We only went because it was next to the movies but won’t be back here again. If you want to pay $30 for like 5 pieces of sashimi, you might as well go to an all you can easily sushi restaurant instead. I make better rolls at home. Super disappointing.

The food was okay. Not like Vintage Park Area. Being greeted was like what are you doing here an hour before close. So Service was slow. The food was still decent. Shaggy Dog and a dinner box full of food. I would never come here again in the late hours. It was next to the movie theater. Thought I’d give it a try.

Shogun has been my father’s favorite local restaurant for a while now. They have hibachi or order on their regular dine in tables. I been told the food is more tasteful if you order from the menu and not the show. Their portion size are very generous and their side salad is amazing. I highly recommend this location for any occasion.

We came for my father’s birthday, per his request. The food was overcooked (all 4 of us that ate the table side prepped food agreed) and after seeing another table have happy birthday sung to them, I requested it for his birthday as well. The waitress (gold jade Buddha pendant necklace) came back to confirm it was my father I was referring to. The check came and nothing had been done. Really disappointing.

Went there tonight. We were seated quickly. Server was pleasant and asked for our beverage order. I had water my companion ordered a beer. About 10 minutes later my water was delivered and she told my companion that the bar was working on his drink. Another 5 minutes pass and the bottle of beer finally comes. The menu is fairly limited. We ordered sushi and a gyoza appetizer. The gyoza took another good 15 minutes and was barely warm and bland. The dipping sauce was a tad too vinegary. The sushi came and was okay. We were pretty underwhelmed with the visit. Considering the prices, we won’t be back.
