Delicious food! The food was hot and super tasty! It wasn’t super busy, so we were able to find a place fast to sit. The floor was a bit slippery, so be careful not to fall.

Creative tacos for sure. Not a great experience because I needed the receipt for my expense report. Asked for it at the register and also at the delivery of the food. Both times was given the affirmative that they would bring it to me. Never did had to pursue with corporate to get the receipt. They sent the wrong receipt originally and finally I got the correct one after another follow-up email.
At my visit the drink machine wasn’t working for refills. Service was lacking overall, but food was good.

Fajita taco is really good and you cannot beat the price. Unfortunately, started eating before we got more pictures. Robert and everyone makes sure that customers are happy with the food. Bought a queso card last year. Go buy one again this year if they have them it’s a great deal. Get the app and earn free food!

I ordered on the app to use my birthday reward for free queso, which is a nice perk, by the way. We are frequent Torchy visitors. At least once a month visitors. This experience was terribly disappointing due to quality and inconvenience. I am not sure we want to come back.
First, we got home and I opened the bag. The napkins were soaked with grease. I threw them away. They were not usable. The kid’s chicken taco was dripping with grease. I have a photo that I will post on Google reviews. The taco was so soaked with grease that we threw it away after a couple of bites. Photo attached.
Next, I opened the Tipsy Chick. First, NO Bacon Marmalade. Have you eaten a Tipsy Chick without it? This is infuriating. I am already at home and it’s almost 8pm. I am not going to get in the car and drive back to Torchy’s to get marmalade. This has happened before and I called the store. They promised me a free taco in the future but that did credit never got applied.
Also, the taco had TWO pieces of spinach, no green chiles, and small amount of greasy chicken. I’ve had the taco enough to know that it has been so much better in the past.
Additionally, the order came with three tacos and 2 chipotle ranch cups. Not enough. Something positive, the chips and queso were perfect and tasty.
The lack of attention to detail and quality has declined, especially since prices have gone up. This is so disappointing. At this point, we have no excitement about going back to Torchy’s ever again. Please step up your game.

We don’t live in texas but make sure to hit up Torchy’s when we’re here. Technically it’s fast food, but it’s fresh and hot and customizable. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I love the Allen location, and apologize for being bad with names but the woman with the purplish hair and the guy with the gauges are especially friendly and helpful. But hey, even the folks who empty the trash and wipe the tables are nice and greet you. Definitely not your average “fast food” place.

I’ve been to this specific location easily 15-20 times over the years and it’s always been good. I’ve visited different Torchy’s locations in different cities/states and none of them have been as good as this one. Restaurant is always clean, employees are kind, food is always good. What more could you want? 5/5.

I love that this store doesn’t use kiosks and it’s so clean. I will drive from Murphy to eat at this one because it’s so much better. Tables are always clean and employees are fantastic from Robert at the front to the amazing lady that cleans the tables.
