We were seated right away and given a quiet table as requested. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Our waitress did a great job but I don’t remember her giving us her name. She was very attentive – maybe a little too attentive returning several times to the table. Over all though she was very pleasant and helpful.

Had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Citlali, who was our waiter! Citlali’s energy and friendliness made our morning so much brighter—she was incredibly attentive, quick on her feet, and made sure we had everything we needed right away. The food was absolutely delicious and served fresh, and Citlali ensured that our table and the entire area were spotless throughout our meal. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and Citlali went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her..you’ll leave with a smile!

Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ This was my first time going to the IHOP in Hammond, IN. Me and my boyfriend went on a lunch date around 2 pm and got some breakfast. It wasn’t busy at all which was great and we were seated right away.
⭐️ Customer Service: The staff were friendly. We were seated right away. We waited a little bit for our server to come to our table. We both wanted water and the server gave it to us in a to go cup and I was a it confused. The server then explained that all their glass cups were dirty. An error also happened in our order. Our server came to us to let us know that for some reason the order was not placed even though she sent her order through a tablet. We had to wait a longer than we expected. The server also gave us the wrong receipt and gave us a receipt for another person’s order that was online order and the total was $17 something, but ended up paying $30. Next time, please pay attention to the receipts to ensure customers are paying the correct amount.
️ Food/Drinks: The food was really good! I honestly came to IHOP for their original buttermilk pancakes and it didn’t disappoint. I ended up getting the breakfast sampler and totally recommend it because you get a mix of everything and it’s affordable. My boyfriend ended up getting the split decision. It came with a huge piece of French toast and it was good!
️ Overall Experience: Overall, I had an okay experience at IHOP at the Hammond, IN location. The staff were friendly, it was clean, & delicious food.

Absolutely great staff all around. Everyone was greeting us as we walked in, host, managers, and waiting staff as they then asked about our party & gave us an estimate for a table. They informed us of how short they were that day but that they were doing all they could do to move everyone quickly. Let me just say they sure did. For them to have been short-handed, it was busy, and I can say that we still got our food out faster than most places would have. With continued checking in and tending to empty drinks, we had a great visit. Family will surely visit again to find such great managing staff.

After ordering with two kids Our order came out too late and the salad had a bunch of wilted leaves(lettuce). Even over heard another table talking about how long it took for service and food to arrive after ordering. Not to mention no one is even in the establishment except for 2 tables that were already eating.

My family and I had the best time! We came for breakfast and our server Julian was very attentive and respectful. If we didn’t like something he would immediately apologize and bring us what we wanted. I personally have had other interactions with him at hop and he never failed to give me the best service!

We had Louie as our server today, and I must say we received the BEST customer service in a very long time! He’s so attentive and super friendly. Never had to ask for a thing! It’s like he read our minds and knew exactly what we needed before we even had a chance to ask! If you visit this location, ask for Louie, you won’t regret it. 5 stars across the board. Food was delicious, cleanliness throughout the whole restaurant! The new management since our previous experience years ago has DEFINITELY made such a HUGE impact to this place. Will return very soon!

Had a great experience from the moment I walked in, was greeted nicely, got sat down, my server was terrific! Always on top of it, my food came out hot, and refills on my drink along the way! I did notice the manager Veronica made sure to go around the restaurant to check up on everyone, and we had a great conversation with her!! Will for sure be coming back 🙂

I went here with my daughter and son one evening the restaurant was pretty quiet which was good a peace of mind. My server name was Luii he was an excellent server he got the food out fast and efficient. My kids ate every bite including me too the cooks did a wonderful job with the food lol. Great experience
