Fraud. Placed an order through the McD app on 12/15/2025 at 07:17pm, waited in front of the counter after we got done shopping at Walmart and finally had to ask if my order was ready. I was then told they were out of fish. I asked for a refund, was informed by the store manager that they could not issue refunds in-store. Could not cancel my order through the app either even though I did not received ANY of the items. Not sure if it’s a McD app flaw or if the store marked the order as complete on their end even though they did not complete my order. I had to call corporate the next day, was informed by the rep that the store leader would contact me regarding the refund. It is now 2/27/2026 and no one from McDonald’s has ever reached out to me or issued the refund. I followed up with corporate a few times, kept getting told the same thing. They basically charged me in full for an order that I never received.

Most of the time I get breakfast here. I wanna say for a fast paced business. The team works their tail off. I wanna say thank you to the whole team as well as to my morning crew Anthony, Morgan, Maggie,Jocelyn and Lupe. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they’re such an amazing team. In Palm Springs the McDonald’s Inside the Walmart is actually very nice , very well maintained.
I noticed it is clean throughout the day despite the high flow of customers during the day , Walmart does tend to get busy.
We didn’t eat we just had coffee ☕ my partner however had iced caramel coffee which looked amazing
They have very comfortable chairs near the entrance,they have booths as well.
5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I recommend this McDonald’s any time of day.

We came in and ordered a few things, but they gave the wrong order to us. Then, we asked about it and started receiving attitude and sass from the employees. My kids were looking forward to a quick meal after a long day!

Ordered through the mobile app earlier this week so I could pick up and eat at home. Once I got home I noticed I hadn’t received an item, so I drove back to store to ask. The young man working there was so rude and full of ego he couldn’t own up to his mistake. Manager there was also rude and no help. Did forgetting one breakfast sandwich really hurt their ego?

2022-Oct. This McD is inside WalMart. We ordered via app and picked up our order. There was a line when we got here, so we sat in one of the tables while we wait. They got our order right.

Yup , the frie sizes have gotten smaller , not the price but the sizes on fries are smaller, services depends on which works are there , I usually get nice friendly service but not always
