Well I dont go to Taco Bell often but stop here once in a while after going to see my Mom in the nursing home. Today I stopped in only to find out there is no one working at the counter any more. I tried without luck to order on that screen menu and eventually gave up. How sad is it that a place like this is so devoid of human contact. I then went outside to leave and seen a guy in the drive up. I walked up to read the menu since they dont have one inside and force you to use there stupid machine to order. I got halfway through the menu looking for what I usually order and the car drove off and the screen went away to some advertisement screen. Whoever in Taco Bell that thinks this is a good way to go I can assure you it isnt and you should be fired! I will never stop at your place again. Sad…………

As far as atmosphere the fonts on the signs are too small thats if you can even read them with the sun blaring theough the window above the door.
Regarding service, even though there are 2 registers they want you to use a kiosk – i dont work here. Its much easier for me to tell you my order than it is for me to hunt around the unintuitive kiosk.
The other option is the drive thru. And we know joe pesci was right about drive thrus.

Rushed me through my order at the drive thru. About half my order was missing. I was on the interstate before I realized it. This location consistently jacks up your order. This time I was so pissed I called for a refund. I will say the supervisor/manager was patient listening to my complaint, but the trip to get my refund will be my last time at this location. Permanent skip.
