We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was absolutely outstanding – a special thank you to our waitress Tsanya, who was attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious: we ordered chiken with French fries and Cesar salad, and soft drinks – everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Honey wheat bread with whipped butter is exceptional! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, with soft background music that makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to all the staff for their great work! Highly recommended!

I had no problems ordering online for a curbside pick up. My food was fresh, temperature appropriate with nothing missing.
The curbside attendant was friendly.

It took us 45 minutes to get seated. When we finally got seated, we noticed the restaurant was half empty!!! What took so long? Also, our booth seats weren’t wiped down and we had no silverware or napkins.
Because we waited so long we asked for bread . Our waiter said no bread until ordering. I can’t say he was rude but he definitely wasn’t friendly.
When I asked for a Sam Adams on draft, the waiter said there was no draft beer. He said the lines were screwed up. So I asked for SamAdams in a bottle. You guessed it, the waiter said they were out.
When I ordered prime rib , I was told they had just run out. !!! It’s Saturday night and they had no draft beer and were out major menu items !! Who’s running this place?
On the plus side, our waiter became very friendly when it was time to pay the check and determine the tip amount!!
Also, the hamburger I ordered was pretty good.

I got take out and spent $95. This was the worst food ive gotten ever. I paid 18$ for 3 1/2 chicken tenders. They put honey mustard cups in that opened and spilled all over the food. The baked potatoes were burnt and they forgot 2 sides. Crazy for the price

Our food tonight was delicious and the service was excellent! Our server Steven did an amazing job. His professionalism and attentiveness was a perfect example of what every customer wants to experience. If you stop at the mid rivers location, ask for Steven!

Went in and sat down at the bar with my buddy it wasn’t crowded at all it was just us and a few other people at 8pm on a Thurs the bartender was very prompt I ordered a Pina koala she made it so darn good! Oh my goodness. Ordered peppered ahi for dinner. The ahi was cooked (or not cooked lol it’s pretty raw) but it was so to perfection. Outbacks ahi is usually always on point but the one last night seemed like they took a step above. So freaking good. I would say this outback provides excellent service and quality.

Nice low key setting; perfect for a meaningful date. The garlic parm chicken appetizers are to live for. No 1 knew I existed initially but once I was greeted I was ASsisted well. The food was well prepared. The mac wasn’t so cheesy tho. I would definitely go A-gain.

Outback has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but a few months ago, we encountered a major issue when we discovered a cabbage worm in my wife’s broccoli. Our waiter handled the situation very professionally, and the general manager came to our table to explain that he had just taken over the location. He took care of 90 percent of our bill, excluding the adult beverages, and also provided us with $60 in gift cards. He asked us to give him a few months to improve the restaurant and invited us to return and let him know when we did.
Despite my efforts, my wife was adamant about not returning. However, I persuaded her to give it another chance for Father’s Day. When we arrived, there was a wait as expected, and we informed the hostess, that the GM had asked us to notify him on our next visit. She was somewhat passive-aggressive and dismissive. We weren’t seeking anything special; we just wanted some reassurance from Taylor that things would be better this time.
Unfortunately, the welcoming atmosphere we experienced from the GM during our last visit was missing. It felt as if he had fed us empty promises to avoid a scene. Given the unpleasant experience we had this time, we’ve decided not to return.
On a positive note, our waitress was excellent and truly deserves a raise.

OMG ! let me start with hostess , instead of helping us , her cellphone ring and great the person on the other line with “hey you “ and continues talking like we don’t exist . Thank goodness one of the server seen that we are standing there for a while and she helped us ,
It was 4 of us and I have PWD with me , and the server that attended us talks like she is trying to be smart asking my sister in law who has disability , I told her please don’t mimic her , that’s how she talks , she is autistic, and then she said “ Oh ok , I thought she was joking , why do you think she is joking ?
And then we place our order , it was four of us and my sister in law happens to like the bread , so we are trying to request another , but she just totally ignored us , but we finished our meal , paid our bill , give the server a 20% tip ( although she don’t deserve it ) but in our mind , we said we will never EVER comeback there again
