My son insists and I give ot a try. Nice burger and excellent fries . Place was clean and polite staff, specially one guy that were helping everyone to know what to do and move the orders faster. Thx for that. The whole thing with the scan the ticket to get the soda needs some redesign or something. But overall It was a good experience. The shakes are amazing. Tired of the old fashion burger and chicken? Give it steak a try.!

I come here all the time, tonight as I park and walk in to pick up my order, per the usual directed process; some Hispanic guy is at the door in work clothes yelling at me to go through the drive through.
I didn’t put a pick up order in to go through the drive through. I’m asking him why I can’t pickup as usual, at the same time etc. He was a complete menace about answering a simple question, to why?
Anyway, absolutely terrible service. The manager Emily knows nothing about the situation so let’s see where this review will turn up.
***Emily told me they just made the food: I leave the drive thru, the fries are cold to the touch, and the bags obviously been tampered with. Upon arriving at home. The order was made incorrectly! It was obvious instead of making a fresh order properly, they just tried to wipe off the toppings… absolutely wild. Meats burnt to a crisp too!***
The only positive was the cook that appeared out of the darkness to answer my questions, nothing else!

I went to eat there with my mom and 1 year old son today. The three high chair seats were absolutely filthy to the touch… but the worst part: there was a LIVE ROACH ON THE HIGH CHAIR! We were trying to wipe down the high chair before putting my son in it when my mom noticed a roach crawling on the bottom. She shook the chair to get it off and it started crawling to our booth!
I alerted the manager (a blonde with glasses in a ponytail) and she didn’t seem AT ALL concerned. She didn’t apologize, didn’t say “thank you for alerting us” or offer to clean the highchair, etc. She literally said okay, walked over and stepped on the roach and went about her day. Do you not care how disgusting that is, especially with the roach being found where I was about to sit my one year old?! If that roach had made its way to my son, I would’ve lost it!
I grew up going to this particular location and it’s very sad to see it’s gone downhill. We won’t be going back anymore.

Very clean inside, employees were friendly and very helpful when me and my niece couldn’t figure out how to use the soda machine due to us needing to scan our receipt lol our food came out in a timely manner fresh and hot milkshake was delicious will definitely come back again

This is my first time in a long long while going to Steak & Shake!
And it was a great experience!
We were welcomed as soon as we entered the building and invited to ask questions if we had any.
The self-ordering kiosks were convenient and easy to use (though there was an older couple nearby struggling to figure it out)
The food came out in a few minutes.
Burger tasted very good and the onion rings were delightful!
The Nutella shake, chosen by my son, which very good- not something I expected to like, but there were little bits of Nutella throughout!
My kids keep asking to go back. We shall certainly return- this is a good choice!

First time I’ve been able to stop by a steak n shake in years! “Sorry we’re out of the Frisco Melt”??? I’m sorry, but what portions or ingredients can you not fabricate for a Frisco Melt at the moment? Very disappointed.

The is the best late night place to get a quick bite. On weekends, they stay open until 2am. I just enjoyed hot fries with my milkshake. The fries here are delicious. Their hot dogs and burgers are great. Staff was polite and helpful. I appreciate the hard work they do to serve me!

I have had several burgers and shakes from here. We ordered 3 combos. Garlic steak burger, the double and the kids steak burger. We had to go back to the restaurant because they left a burger out. When we returned this is the garlic burger they gave us. Wayyyy too much garlic butter to the point where it’s a glaze around the whole burger and it made the sandwich taste disgusting.

Horrible service. Worst steak and shake I have been too. 1230 on a Friday night sitting in line they average 1 order every 10 minutes. Took me 45 mins to get thru the drive thru. Food was cooked and cold again by the time i got to the window
