Worst Krispy Kreme ever. Got to speaker and lady was rude from the start. Asked for 2 separate orders and she didn’t understand. I then asked for New York Cheesecake, didn’t have it. Ok fine, asked for something else, didn’t have it. And we did that 5 times instead of her listing out the ones she didn’t have. We ended up with three donuts, Maple, Kreme Filled and Fudge brownie. One look at the fudge brownie and we mistaked for an anus. Didn’t even know what our total was, so we handed her 12$ cash. Handed us everything with an attitude and didn’t say anything.

I never leave bad reviews, but to say I am disappointed is an understatement. We have used the Cervantes Krispy Kreme for years for our kids birthday dozens for their classes or stopped for an after school treat. We do not live near this store and traveled today from the Nine Mile location when that store was sold out of the Peanuts donuts.

My family loves Snoopy, and I was trying to surprise them this morning. I traveled down to the Cervantes location, and it was not clean. The girl at the counter truly seemed annoyed with all the customers and me even when I said I appreciated her and thanked her. I am also pretty sure that she was not wearing gloves. There was a line to the door and the other young man working seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to help.

I didn’t see the donuts until I got home. She had put her finger in some, different decorations had fallen off when she put the donuts in, and an extra 3 glazed I got had other broken donut parts attached to them from the conveyer. Again, I never write bad reviews, but we don’t even want to eat the donuts, and what was supposed to be a treat and surprise was a $20 mostly thrown out disappointment.

The Nine Mile location was pristine, and the girl was friendly. Take the extra few minutes and go to that location. You won’t be disappointed and neither will your kids. Krispy Kreme, please do better. The picture doesn’t even show all the finger prints. Two donuts were ok.

There’s no way this place can seriously call itself an establishment. I came by this morning to get donuts for my daughter and was instructed by a sign to pull around to the drive-thru window. I waited over five minutes while the inside of the store looked completely empty and disorganized. When someone finally came to the window, I was told they couldn’t sell me anything because no one knew how to work the register. I even offered to pay with cash, but was told no because they didn’t know how to open the cash drawer. Easily the most ridiculous drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location.

Do not know whats going on but got to Krispy kame at 730 we even asked about the hot sign they said it was broke then we ask are donuts hot they said yes but when we got our donuts they was cold we ask why they not hot they said the sign not on. Any way will not be eating Krispy Kreme anymore seems like management has changed and employees lies in your face, now this looks like it was made at a donut shop with no experience would not expect this from Krispy kreme

Just went through the drive thru window and had a very sweet interaction with the red bearded gentleman who took my order. The hot and ready sign wasn’t flashing yet and he still insured that I got my dozen straight off the belt. Best doughnuts I’ve had in years. Had to pull into a spot to eat it while it was FRESH.

The service at Krispy Kreme was outright unacceptable. The staff’s slowness bordered on indifference, as if they had no interest in the business of the customers waiting in line. The delays weren’t just long; they were constant, showing a clear lack of operational competence. Worse still, the staff was not only unfriendly but verged on hostile, creating an atmosphere that was not merely unpleasant but entirely discouraging. They didn’t just fail at customer service—they failed at basic professionalism.

Glazed donuts are never proofed enough and the glaze machine never glazes consistently. Just now I walked in and the glaze machine is broken while donuts come down the conveyor belt. It’s just donuts. Try hiring people that slightly respect the equipment.

Update: Not contacting you guys when you should know to contact your stores that have 3.8 stars and realize they aren’t doing too good and that the ORIGINAL GLAZED DONUTS DON’T HAVE GLAZE ON THEM…lmao I’ll manage the store if you want

Very good when coming from beach or downtown. Just stop in and get a dozen. And whoever the morning lady was, she was efficient!

I placed an online order at this Krispy Kreme and waited over 45 minutes for it to be prepared. After a long delay, I asked the delivery driver what was going on, and he told me that the store was prioritizing customers who were physically inside the location, while online orders were basically ignored.
So I have a serious question for the management:
If I place an order online and pay for it, am I considered a customer or not?
We live in the 21st century, where online orders and delivery are a normal part of business. If this location is unable or unwilling to handle online orders properly, then they simply shouldn’t accept them. Making people wait nearly an hour while prioritizing walk-in customers is unacceptable.

Ordered online before 9pm for a 9:45pm pickup,… Store closes at 11…. Website shows you what donuts are available which aren’t. Pull up at 9:45, oh,we don’t have glazed, we don’t have chocolate covered glazed…. Literally everything I ordered. I commented that I had ordered these over an hour ago…. The clerk just stared at me with no answer. I cancelled the order and drove the 20 minutes back home. The local Krispy Kreme used to be a place that had good customer service, that’s all gone now
