The dining area and restrooms were very clean. The wait time was about average. My Big Mac was a little cold and the fries were very hot, so I think my burger was just sitting there while waiting on the fries to cook.

The service was really good . We got our food really quick, like around 3 to 4 minutes after we ordered, the employees were really nice. But the only thing I’m going to complain about is that they need to clean a little bit better because the tables were kind of dirty. But that’s mostly it, the floor were clean but there were like 1 or 2 wet floor signs but when I walked by, the floor wasn’t wet so I think they might have forgot to remove then but that’s ok because it wasn’t disturbing anyone, And that mostly it were probably never doing back there again because we don’t even live near there and the only reason why we stopped there was because we were hungry and that’s all.

I went to Mcdonalds as I always do a mobile order. I had ordered some of the specialty coffees. Brittany served me my items at the drive thru window. She made my drinks as well. She greeted me with a smile and was seemed happy to be working. My drinks were so delicious because sometimes they aren’t the best. Brittany should make all specialty drinks! She knows her stuff!

Imagine making a customer wait 30 minutes in a drive through line and then still getting their order incorrect shout out to the crew today. Because the lady at the second window ran away and I couldn’t even get her to fix my order because I was already running so late to work, after being held up for so long. I waited five minutes at the second window, and she never came back so I was not able to get my order corrected.
Edit: Just for clarity. I ordered 12 nuggets, a large fry, and a large Dr pepper. The fries were super crispy like they had been redipped 3 times which I did enjoy but the nuggets were soggy and barely warm.
Edit: Went through the drive thru today at 5:30pm and received a strawberry and cream pie that says “enjoy by 2:21pm.” I love getting something thst should have been tossed 3 hours ago. Thanks y’all

Drove by this location on a long travel. There was a stranger feeding a homeless and the associate was friendly during the transaction. That was good to see. There was a big spill of ice and water on the floor. An associate walked pass that area few times without putting a spill cone or putting even a paper towel on it. 10 mins later a dude came by to clean it up. Thats enough time for a person to slip and fall. Their whole milk ran out so i couldnt get hot latte. Otherwise the food that i got was in good standards.

So me and my husband pulled an all nighter, its 5:26am when I made my mobile order to pick up, they didnt have a manager on shift and the cashier said she’d put my name down for the manager to call me. Fast forward 2pm and I havent heard anything, I know its a busy restaurant during the day so I just came up here. He gave us a replacement for our drinks, a mcdouble cheese burger for both of us, the only good thing about the entire thing was the burger, he said he was waiting for fresh fries then our order would be out. Our fries were so cold and on the verge of being stale. My husband ordered snack wraps, as he obsessed with them now, he ordered four, two spicy and two ranch for us. The spicy sauce they use didnt taste right like as almost it was watered down or something. The ranch on the ranch wraps tasted like it was on the verge of going out.

You guys night crew cooking and building the sandwiches are a freaking joke. Nothing but meat and a bun on one sandwich and the the spicy chicken was literally drowning in mayo. The kids food was all messed up too and wouldn’t even touch it. Worst crew ever.

Everyone has been to a McDonald’s at one time or another so food and service depending on location is different. My experience was good food was fresh and hot. Service was friendly but the wait time for order was a little long no big deal.

I suppose since Starbucks may or may not be opening just down the road, there’s no real reason to get the coffee drinks right. Forget getting a sugar free latte because you’ll get everything but. Then the machine is broke or being cleaned. That’s for after closing hours, not when people want order something. I mean, why not clean the deep fryer during peak lunch and dinner hours?
