One of the best place for quick bite and drinks. It is located in the Jersey Garden Mall. They also have bar setup with the few tap beers. The staff is courteous and cost is value for money. The food quality is great. They also have high chair seating area. Parking is easily available.

When we arrived, our server had multiple tables. She seemed very distracted while taking our order, so we kindly told her it was okay to take care of her other tables first and then come back to us. When she returned to take our order, there were still issues. We had to repeat our order multiple times because she kept getting it wrong.
It took over 20 minutes just for my daughters to receive their drinks. We clearly stated that my son is allergic to mushrooms and specifically asked for no mushrooms on his meal. Unfortunately, the food still came out with mushrooms, which is extremely concerning given his allergy.
I also asked for my husband’s broccoli to be replaced with rice, but the meal came out with broccoli anyway and it looked very old. At that point, the entire order was incorrect.
When we spoke to the manager (Martina) about everything being wrong, she showed no remorse. She simply said she would comp the meal, but I questioned what exactly she planned to comp since the whole order was incorrect. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. She gave the impression that she believed we were just trying to get free food, which was very offensive.
To make matters worse, the waitress claimed we never mentioned the mistakes, even though other servers were aware that she had made errors and tried to help correct them. The situation escalated when the manager became aggressive during our conversation, to the point where my children’s had to hold her back.
This was a very upsetting and disappointing experience. We did not feel respected, heard, or treated fairly. I hope this restaurant takes these concerns seriously, especially when it comes to food allergies and customer service. To try to assault someone because of an error was mind blowing to me

Stopped by the Applebee’s at Jersey Gardens Mall and tried the new holiday drinks — Tipsy Reindeer and Sleigh All Day with the extra shooters. Totally worth the price. Sleigh All Day is tequila-based and definitely stronger than the Tipsy Reindeer, so choose your fighter accordingly
We did the 2 for $25 and got the chicken parm and mozzarella sticks — both were surprisingly good. Portions were big enough that we couldn’t finish everything and had leftovers, which is always a win.
The servers were very attentive, but they were clearly slammed, so don’t expect to be seated immediately. Pro tip: give your name and number as soon as you get to the mall for a wait time estimate, or call ahead. The space is also a bit small, so it fills up fast.
Overall solid food, strong drinks, and good service — just plan around the wait.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waitress Alexandra. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and professionalism really elevated our meal. I walked in exhausted from the rain and a long day, hungry and bone tired clutching a dying cell phone in my hands. Ebony was stationed at the front desk by the door with a warm smile and kind voice. I instantly felt better. She found a perfect booth seat for me when I mentioned I didn’t want to sit on one of the bar stools or high chairs due to my back pain. She also gave me directions to the bus stand. She came back to check on me and I asked her if she would kindly do me a favor. My phone’s battery was dying and I still had to head back home to NYC. It was very late and I was anxious about going home alone without access to my cell. She went above and beyond, charging my phone at her station while I ate so I was able to get home with my peace of mind intact. It’s moments like these that restores one’s faith in goodness and humanity. I will definitely never forget Ebony’s kind gesture, ensuring my safety. Definitely grateful to have met her! Although I didn’t get to know my server’s name, I must mention that she was also great! Overall, a wonderful experience.

The food took a long time to arrive, but our server Leo was outstanding. He was very attentive, helped us choose from the menu, and kept a great attitude the whole time. If you get the chance, definitely chat with him—he gives great recommendations and makes the experience much better.

I had a great experience at Applebee’s. Leo, our server, was amazing—super attentive, helped me with everything, and explained the menu really well. On top of that, thanks to a combo Leo recommended, I ended up paying less than I expected and we even got a free appetizer. Highly recommend! If you go, ask for Leo.
