About the worst that can happen:
3 out of 4 machines out of service, then full system failure in ordering.
All.orders take-out. No tablets available.
All souces missed in the order plastic straws and excessive plastic use for sauces as tiny size ketchup and mayonnaise, everybody gets handful of these … Europe has pump your own ketchup for decades.
Homeless coming into store, picking food out of the trashcan. Hard to watch.

Rough experience. The staff seems lazy and unhelpful. They were nice I suppose but just seemed to not care. We had a small order online. They said it didn’t process and had to cancel and reorder it. But then we had to wait almost 30min for a big mac, small burger, fries and a soda. Not sure what they were doing but the place stunk like weed inside and I didn’t see any customer smoking nearby.
Either way, I definitely will never be back to this location.
Food wasn’t great either, cold and sloppy. They also didn’t put lettuce on my Big Mac

This McDonald’s feels like the McDonald’s from hell like an emergency room at a third world country. We no one really answers even though you’re bleeding to death on the floor. I live right next-door at The Alea, and I’ve never seen it worse than this.

Me and my wife drove 3-1/2 hrs for the billie eilish concert and understanding the overwhelming amount of fans pouring into the restaurant ordering food after the event ended we expected to wait a little on ordering the food our order not only took almost an hour to get but the staff was extremely rude, looking very unprepared for the night, and serving the homeless free waters before serving paying customers their own drinks and being told they would be right with everyone about their orders then walking off. Me and my wife both work in the fast food industry and this is definitely unsatisfactory and unprofessional they need to not only have enough staff ready for big events like this (considering being located right by a concert arena) but also staff needs to be more patient and respectful to customers.

Nov 16, 2025, at 9am, visited this location that’s walk in only and in the middle of a very busy intersection. So that area is always busy and surrounded by the rudest occupants including the staff that works at this Mc Donald’s location. It took an hour just for my food to be ready after ordering from the only kiosk that was working out of four. There was no issue with my food, but the drinks were made incorrectly and when I informed the cashier, she took her sweet time to even acknowledge me and correct the issue. Prices seem to be higher than others. This place isn’t worth wasting your time.

Placed a mobile order. App says it was ready 15 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve been standing at the mobile order pickup area for 20 minutes, within view of the employees, and no one has stopped and asked if I’m waiting on anything. I asked the girl at the counter if I can get my order and she just said to wait at the station. At the time of writing this, it’s been 20 minutes I’ve been waiting and counting. All I ordered was a mcchicken and a drink…
Update: Finally got my food after 25 minutes or so and
asking the cashier for it a second time.

We waited in line for over 30 minutes to get our breakfast today, and throughout that time, no one communicated with us about our order. When I asked if our order had been called, an employee simply said, “I’m not sure,” and walked away instead of trying to find out what happened. It actually took my mother asking for a refund before our order was finally given to us.
I’m really confused about why the wait time was so long—especially since there’s no drive-thru. From what we saw, there seemed to be enough staff to handle the morning rush. Unfortunately, no one was communicating or assisting customers, and the experience felt robotic and unorganized. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Pretty fast, but very disorganized. They called out my order number a handful of times. I said some variation of ‘I’m here’ ‘that’s me’ ‘that’s mine’ every time, but they just called it out without paying any attention to whether someone answered or not
