Walked in just a little after 6pm, there was practically no one there. Not busy at all! Why did the food stations look like trash cans. Absolutely filthy! Messy serving area. The dining floor and silverware/drink area…nasty. Not clean at all. Maybe the staff had a long day and I get it, but horrible sloppy service. It had a lady just standing next to the cashier being an unnecessary middle man to pass the food to the cashier (possibly the owner because she wasn’t doing anything nor dressed like an employee). Poor service, unclean and unsanitary food environment, and just an overall bad vibe. Use down time to clean stations and refresh and reorganize area. Do better when dealing with people’s food!!!

Chipotle does this weird thing to human brain, where you’ll have a bad experience, but still return hoping next time won’t be as bad. Well, this is like my third time leaving this location, just feeling ripped off.

I suspect the management coaches their staff to skimp on meat, I know this is a common complaint for all Chipotles across the board, but out of all the different locations I’ve been to, this one feels especially… scammy. I just spent nearly $20 for extra meat to receive what looks like a normal portion at other locations.

Chipotle charges more than enough for their food that they don’t have to behave like crooks.

For those like me, you have to get your fix of Chipotle. I was the first customer on opening day and they outdid themselves! The place was immaculate. The food was fresh and tasted great! Keep up the awesome work! Once the building is finished, they will have a drive-thru window to pick up orders that were placed online!

I am disappointed to see that a lot of people are rating this location poorly. People seem to forget that this is a new location with all new employees. Things happen… these are called growing pains. So you didn’t get a satisfactory meal but did you bring to anyone’s attention? If not, then you are equally to blame. Instead of leaving a one or two star review, speak to a member of management. They cannot learn from any potential mistakes unless you tell them.

2 ladies working didn’t want to go get fresh rice and told me it would take awhile to get. Within 2 mins of waiting the manager right away told them that their was white rice on the other side. Chicken tasted old and stale. Then the ladies at the cash register seems to not know why was going on. Once the manger got there she got things “moving”.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience here tonight. I came in at 9:00 , the young lady serving was taking care of a guest she then finished them up , while I was waiting in line to be served she went off to have a huddle with co workers then went by the grill and was leaning on the table taking to someone else before she finally came to me . I asked her for black beans she said they didn’t have any , the food they had up was unappealing cold looking and old . She just threw the food on there very sloppy . They didn’t have any vinaigrette dressing also . I asked for watermelon lemonade the manager said he would make it . When I finally got that it was absolutely disappointing it didn’t taste like watermelon NOR lemonade just water . I have never experienced such terrible service , this is NOT right considering that prices have already gone up so I would like what I pay for . This place need a ReReopening ASAP.

The worst experience I had at chipotle. The workers were super rude and uncooperative. Gave me dirty looks. Would will my side of queso like 1/3 of the container when I asked to put more would roll their eyes. Overall super negative experience

I dropped in to grab a salad on my way home from shopping. The store was pretty empty, which I saw as a positive since Panda Express next door was taking a long time and I just wanted to grab and go.

The staff member greeted me with “burrito or bowl” as his opening line. I asked for a salad (standard menu item). He repeated in a frustrated tone “burrito or bowl!”. I pointed at the salad greens behind the counter. He then replied angrily “burrito or bowl!!!”.

I said in a confused tone “they normally just make it in a bowl when I ask for a salad…are they putting salads in burritos now?”. He responded “no” and at that point I was thinking…”this doesn’t bode well for the rest of my order, why did we even go through all this?” and I left. Imagine if I would have ordered crunchy tacos (another standard menu item). Would have absolutely blown his mind. Maybe he would have wrapped my crunchy tacos in a tortilla if I said burrito…

Chipotle needs to train their staff better on menu items and customer service. They certainly charge enough to afford to pay for training. It shouldn’t have to be a struggle to give a corporation my money. I’ve never experienced this before in the 15 years I’ve eaten at the chain and ordered salads. The staff member was rude and disrespectful and wasn’t even attempting to help me complete an order.

When I used to work in retail, we were trained to make a sale. But maybe Im old fashioned.

Love Chipotle. All the food is fresh and the servers are very friendly. Their bowls are huge! I can usually get three meals from the bowl and it’s always delicious. I would definitely recommend Chipotle if you are looking for lunch or dinner.

Terrible experience. Juan, manager, is not only completely unhelpful, he is rude, has zero hospitality, and is not at all concerned with retaining customers.

Every other time I have visited this location, there is a language barrier when placing my order. Many of the people taking your order do not speak any English, and the one person who does speak English is at the register and being pulled in multiple directions.

Today I attempted an online order, thinking it would be easier. I did not get the side I ordered, and when I pulled back through to get it, Juan informed me repeatedly that I was wrong. I showed him my order, which clearly showed my side, and he continued to tell me it is wrong. I asked if he would make it right this one time (knowing I would never return for their to be another issue to correct), and he was completely unwilling. I informed him I would contact Chipotle and asked his name, and he smirked at me and closed the window. Juan is not interested in taking care of the customers. I will not return here.

Really trying to understand how you mess up an online mobile order this badly. Ordered a regular chicken quesadilla and a kids cheese quesadilla. Go and use the chipotlane option, get home and I have 2 kids sized tortillas with nothing on them. No cheese no meat nothing. Same for the kids one, just 2 plain tortillas. Beyond furious!!
