Lots of flavor options, smoothies are packed with protein, yet so tasty and under 300 calories. The teas are very refreshing and flavor full as well! This is a nutrition place, you can’t expect to get a smoothie packed with 24g of protein, as well as a tea with antioxidants and vitamins and an energy boost for $3. This place has allowed me a healthy flavor filled option as I’m trying to shed some pounds!
