Myself & my wife were there to eat and when our food came my food was cold. So we will never return again and I will inform everyone that I know not to go there. If I wake up sick I know who to blame.

Burgers were cold. The cones were fine, but apparently the concrete shake doesn’t get filled all the way, and they also forgot it and have to ask for it. So I guess that’s what I get for asking

We came to try the fish and chips. The food was very fresh and tasted great but was definitely very, VERY greasy. We also got a reuben sandwich which was good, but way greasier than you would expect. Overall good but on a last note Culvers is not cheap at all. For a 3 piece fish and chips and a reuben meal we spent over $30. For fast food, only feeding 2 people. Wallet beware! And you have to pay for the sauce too

The food at Culver’s is good but their service is not. These guys had me pull forward before realizing that they hadn’t actually scanned the card I handed them. Then they come out to get the card to take it back in and run it. They bring the food out and I have to wait 3-5 minutes after the food arrived for my card then I realize while I was charged for cheesecake bites in my mixer they had forgotten to put them in. My burger was also missing toppings that were paid for. It’s honestly just really sad their service is this bad because I’ve always liked their food.

I liked Culver’s, but I think there were a few things off. For example, the bun on my hamburger was dry and it didn’t seem that way because it was toasted or anything. The place needed a bit more cleaning and there needed to be some repairs done (some of the bench seats have been torn for a long time). I have to say that the root beer here is excellent! I feel like maybe this was just an off day for this location. But hopefully with some of the feedback they can fix it up and make it a 5/5!

It was quite & peaceful. Honestly it was a pleasant enough experience, nothing special that stood out. I was disappointed with the food menu not sure what I was expecting but that’s why I rated 3 ⭐️. I should say there Ice-cream menu was really good so many options. The store was not busy when I visited not sure how it had been prior to my arrival but I noticed 2 or 3 dirty tables but there was just as many clean ones as well. My husband & I both tried the culvers single with some cheese curds burgers were warm but by no means hot, cheese curds were piping hot so very fresh & even with the burger being just warm both items were good curds really good.

It’s great they have a gluten free bun option, but not a fan of how it’s heated up in the microwave, and in its plastic wrap. The beef patty had zero flavor and was super thin. The fries aren’t gluten free and they are pretty clear on that. Not likely to go back.

New to the area and was looking for a good fast food place to eat aside the usual ones you can find in every corner. I found Culvers online and decided to give it a try. What caught my attention was the fish (cod) and chips. I wanted something different and that’s what I ended up getting. It did not disappoint!! Drive thru employees were friends and greeted me with a smile. Food was hot and super tasty. Felt fresh and the fries were crunchy!! So delicious with the right amount of salt. Not a big fan of tartar sauce but this one was pretty great. Could have gotten more limes but next time I will do the request. The Cole slaw was super good and fresh too. Loved it! Will return to try different items! 5 out of 5! Great dining place!
