We visited Firebirds twice in the past two weeks. The wait time was about an hour, which was fine for Friday night, we spent the time shopping nearby. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive.
The food overall was good, but a few things could be improved. The steak salad had only small bits of meat, it used to come with more sliced pieces before, though it was still delicious. The Chicken Parmesan, NY Strip Steak, and Kids’ Steak were all excellent! The kids’ salmon portion, however, looked quite small and unappealing.
The steak penne was the most disappointing, the flavors didn’t come together, the pasta tasted undercooked (not al dente), and the steak itself lacked flavor, almost like it was boiled. Cheesecake was okay, and the kids’ sundae was way too sweet.
Overall, great service and some excellent dishes, but a few menu items could use more consistency and flavor. Also, my kids were sad that the restaurant was out of the Firebirds Kids Club T-shirts.

This isn’t the first Firebird’s we’ve been too. We have one in our hometown of Greenville, SC. Both restaurants were very good. We had a party of 8 with early reservations and caught them in-between shift changes but the service after we were sat was top notch. The food is always on point we started with the chimichiri shrimp and Philly Cheese steak egg rolls. I had a filet which was cool as I ordered, rare. The service, food and atmosphere were all great.

We have loved this restaurant for years! But this evening, we sat in the bar area to celebrate our 52nd anniversary. Our waiter, Dustin, was beyond cordial and friendly. Such a wonderful young man. He accommodated our every need and beyond. We chatted with him, and he took the time to engage with us.
Then we met the GM, Tyler – also a very pleasant guy. He gave us a new , seasonal cocktail- on the house. I also am a mixologist, and offered my critique and how to make it better. He went back to the bar and actually created it like I suggested – it was WAY better with my tweeks. He also listened when we told him the Baja Shrimp Pasta dish no longer had a zippy and bold sauce like the dish used to have. He went back in the kitchen and made up another portion like we suggested, with zip. Didn’t charge us for the remake (which was how we remembered it!)
On top of everything, we were presented with a lovely dessert for our 52nd anniversary.
These two gentlemen were responsible for making our evening a night to remember.

We had an amazing experience at Firebird’s! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and everything made my husband’s 29th birthday so special. They even surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake for dessert. We truly had a wonderful time celebrating!

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill offers a great atmosphere with friendly staff that make the experience enjoyable. The bacon deviled eggs were awesome, bursting with flavor, and the steak sandwich was a standout—tender, well-grilled, and satisfying. I definitely recommend it for a solid grill meal.

Firebirds has great food..Always! However the shrimp & grits dish was horrible. Definitely a slap in the face to the Creole food scene . Now, the Chicken Chile Nachos..AMAZING! Definitely a great option and filling for an appetizer.

If I could give 6 stars I would have. Steak was cooked to perfection. Potatoes were amazing. I’m not even sure how to describe the Egg rolls. They were a great start to a Fantastic dinner.

We visited Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Cranberry Township on a Saturday evening for dinner with cocktails, and it was an overall excellent experience.
There were three of us, and we started with drinks. I ordered my usual Classic Cherry Old Fashioned, which was spot on as always. We also tried a couple of the seasonal cocktails:
• Burning Bushel
• Go Figure
Both seasonal drinks tasted good and were well balanced. However, the only small disappointment of the evening was with the Burning Bushel, it arrived at the table without the active burning element, which took away from the expected presentation. Flavor-wise it was still enjoyable, but the visual experience was missing.
For appetizers, we shared onion rings and buffalo wings. The wings were outstanding perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily the highlight among the starters.
For the main courses:
• Two of us chose the 3-course meal
• Firebirds Chili, Grilled Sirloin, and Crème Brûlée Cheesecake
• Caesar Salad, Baby Back Ribs, and Crème Brûlée Cheesecake
• The third person ordered the Slow-Roasted Prime Rib
Every dish was cooked exactly as requested and tasted fantastic. The grilled sirloin was tender and flavorful, the baby back ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, and the prime rib was juicy and well seasoned. The crème brûlée cheesecake was a perfect way to end the meal rich but not overly heavy.
Service was attentive, timing was great despite it being a busy Saturday night, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Aside from the minor presentation issue with one cocktail, everything else was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Firebirds Cranberry for a great dinner and cocktails.

We had a group of four for dinner at 6:30 on a weeknight. The devilled eggs were bland and the crab and lobster dip was runny, but very tasty. Our meal took a bit to come out, even tho they weren’t full and when it did come out the ribs were dry and crusty as were the parm mashed potatoes….as if they sat under a heat lamp too long. The meatloaf was mediocre but the leftover piece made a good sandwich the next day. I have only heard good things about this restaurant and had been looking forward to eating there and am sad to have been disappointed. The only high point from my perspective was the dessert…creme brulee-style cheesecake bites. That was pretty amazing.

Vatsal allowed us to celebrate a terrific anniversary dinner and made extra accommodations for our food allergens! One of the best servers we have ever had! Food was fantastic as always, but especially the cocktails!
