Very disappointed with the service. Tried to place an order over the phone for a large party. I felt like I had to drag information out of the girl and she was clearly annoyed with my inquiries. I’ve had the food before and was satisfied, but not blown away. I’ll spend my couple hundred bucks somewhere else. Service tops all.

You don’t go to Tom’s for the decor. Getting to the bathroom is like an obstacle course but the pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are great as are many of the sides.
