Food is normal great and the ppl are not back but I got my food today and there were like no fries in there. There was to much traffic to even care enough to go back and such terrible drivers. And the Polynesian sauce smelt terrible and I’ve had it plenty of times and it’s never smelt so bad

Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to for chicken, and the Loop location continues to deliver every single time. We stopped here on a trip out to the Loop, and the experience was quick, easy, and incredibly efficient.
The staff outside with iPads keep things moving smoothly, double-checking orders and providing that consistently friendly service Chick-fil-A is known for. As a parent, I really appreciate the little activity books for kids—such a thoughtful touch. Our son loves the grilled chicken and fruit, which makes this an easy family-friendly stop.
Everything feels well-run, made with care, and reasonably priced. Great food, unmatched service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. This Chick-fil-A is doing it right.

The food took sometime but it was worth the wait because it was out fresh. We had chicken sandwich, chicken sandwich deluxe, and chicken nugget. The strawberry lemonade is the best. The condiment table was clean and filled. The staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms. The kids had a great time.

Food was amazing service was amazing atmosphere was amazing the reason why the three-star review is because I was here at 9:30pm and they were out of mac and cheese, grilled nuggets, grilled filets, and fruit. I don’t understand why they would stop making grilled filets and Nuggets 30 minutes before close. I was also willing to wait. I have the rewards program I love Chick-fil-A that’s the reason why I keep coming back but for them to be out of that many things, it’s going to be kind of hard for me to come back to this location.

One of my favorite places to grab a salad. Always fresh with fast sevice, regardless if it’s dine-in or drive thu. Employees seem always happy and ready to go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. Compared to other fast food places, I recommend this company as it keeps everything consistent in every aspect. It’s a challenge sometimes to get a seat in the dine-in area because of employees occupying some of the tables, but that’s a small price to pay for the value. I tried the Grilled Chicken breakfast burrito for a change and it was on point.

Chick-fil-A is always great! Always have good food and good service. Their breakfast was no different. I liked their muffin breakfast sandwich and the iced coffee! My husband liked the chicken biscuit more.

This location is ok usually, but I am very disappointed today. I wanted to try a certain drink they have because we’ve never had it, and they didn’t care to give me something to be able to try it. I was even trying to use my points on the app to use a drink on there and that wasn’t allowed. I guess I would’ve had to just order one for about $3 something and not know if we will like it. An employee asked a manager or supervisor and they didn’t let us try the drink somehow. That’s horrible service! Very upsetting.
