First time visiting Cherokee and was looking for something fresh baked. Oh, my, word—amazing bakery! Got a cinnamon roll and piece of red velvet cake. The red velvet cake had home made buttercream icing. Both were amazing and so very delicious. We are so glad we stopped. Thank you!

AVERAGE….Not only did they raise their prices, they still charge extra for some food products. Which is super frustrating. We ordered 2 $6.49 burritos and 1 bottle of water but we paid $20. Just post the price you want to charge. The burrito made my stomach hurt. The cheese in it tasted cheap. My burrito was warm but my husband’s was not.
Outside patio by the river was a nice touch after we wiped the cobwebs and dried the chairs and table. Inside smelled like oil.
Bathroom was clean, smelled good, big.

Stopped by for breakfast. The coffee was really good. Husband had the steak & egg biscuit, and I had scrambled eggs with toast and jelly. We also got a cinnamon roll to share. The service was friendly. The food was fresh, and the cinnamon roll was phenomenal.

Love that they’re a godly, holy, Christian business in the heart of Cherokee! We got breakfast biscuits which were not very good. The people were great, and maybe other things on the menu are good, but they biscuits were overcooked and probably made from frozen. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though bc we were there in the dead of winter.

I was excited to try this cafe after reading so many positive reviews. My experience was not good! My son and I arrived at the cafe and I said hello and smiled to the cashier taking our order. It would have been nice to get a smile or a hello back, but nope, nothing. When asked if it would be for there or to go, I asked her if they close at 3. She stated rudely yes they close at 3 and it’s 2:20 now. She obviously did not want us eating there so we took it with us. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich (just blah) and my son had a grilled cheese sandwich. I will not return due solely on the rude treatment this employee exhibited to me.

Stopped by here for a bite on the go as we drive into the park. Selection was limited, and we got the seasonal Turkey Trot sandwich. Found out after I got the receipt that we were charged a dollar more than the advertised price (pre-tax) plus an unadvertised to-go fee. $17 for a basic sandwich and a bag of chips was too much.

Stopped in here needing to eat before a big hike and it was perfect. The big breakfast deli sandwich is big and amazing and delicious. The staff was super accommodating, attentive, and friendly.

They are soooooooo friendly and hospitable. They customized a dish for me to make it Gluten Free. They are honest and live their customers. It was recommended by a local vendor across the street. Great call!

We ordered the biscuits with egg and sausage, egg and bologna and fried potatoes- all were fantastic! The wrap was excellent. We had to come back the next day. Great food and friendly owner.

We stopped for lunch. The club was good and a large size. The desserts were hit or miss with quality. Cupcakes were good. Bear claw moon pie was pretty bad. The marshmallow was hard. PB balls had way too much sugar mixed with the PB, so I could only eat one bite. Dessert prices were good. Sandwich prices were high for what you get.
