Drive thru took 20 minutes. I ordered the special promo Cali XL. It came with little to no onions even and lettuce. The onions are a big part of the advertisement is why I ordered it. Carls Jr. Should be better service than other fast food like Jack or Mickey’s.

Favorite spot to get a quick meal but quickly getting tired of how inaccurate they are with the orders. 2nd time in a row that I come and end up having multiple missing items. Sucks that from now on I have to sit in my car and go through the entire bag to make sure people complete their jobs correctly. The first time I didn’t come back not worth the drive back for an order of fries and onion rings while my food back home gets cold. But this time missing tenders, fries and poppers. So had to make the drive back wait for my items while my burger sits at home getting cold. Shouldn’t they take the time to double check all items are in or is that a customers responsibility now?
I dont even know how many times I ask for no cheese on my burger and get cheese. Typing this as I wait in the drive thru line another 10 min

Cashier was rude from very beginning. But after we got the wrong items I went to tell her we got the wrong milkshake and only half of the cup full, I told her we wanted Oreo and showed her thats what it said on the ticket, but she said that my wife said churro shake, the cashier had an upset tone and begin making the milkshake throwing stuff around to show she was upset. When she gave me the correct milkshake I tried to explain to her that my wife and I always get the Oreo milkshake so there’s no chance we can get confused and order something we never heard of to start with, she said yes your wife said Churro shake but it’s ok and walked away ignoring I was still needing help with another item I needed corrected. I am a manager for a customer service call center for over 10 years and I know how it is to deal with customers specially when they are upset but trust me I was very nice and patient from the beginning, I never told her it was her fault or demanded a new one, but she seemed to have the need to blame the error on my wife and I.
I spoke with the manager about the situation right after and she said she will have a conversation with her, I appreciate her support listening to the situation.

Visited this location and hands down was the best service and food I’ve had from a Carl’s Jr in AZ! The team they have on staff on 12/4/24 @ 8pm was AMAZING!!! Got two western bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry. The burgers were fresh and I asked for extra BBQ sauce and they got it right!!! Fries were hot and crispy and they even gave me the house dressing I asked for!!! Highly recommend you give this team the utmost gratitude. They rocked it!!!

My food was horrible and presented poorly. My burger was sloppy and cold. My fries were so stale and cold they went to the trash. The service was minimal at best. I previously favored Carl’s Jr, until I moved near this Carl’s. I’ve yet to have a good experience. Today was a last ditch, quick lunch effort that solidified I no longer will eat here. It’s not isolated, poor food, and lukewarm service. It’s the norm or so in my experience it has been.

Parking cars when you have one other car in your drive thru is crazy. But parking cars and not bringing out their food is pure laziness. I hope I set off your timer when I went back around and sat in your drive thru line eating my meal for 5 minutes.

This is ridiculous to pay $12 and some change for a medium meal. My money will never be spent here. Employees are always wonderful but really? Give people decent portions, Jesus.

Took excessive time to acknowledge drive thru, seems may be under staffed or under trained before assignment. “Coffie Machine Is Broken” is an excuse not relevant after witnessing staff struggle with register.
