Ordered food, didn’t receive my shake. Got a refund. Opened my big mac, turned out to be just buns, and patty. Literally nothing else. Cant get a refund because I didn’t catch it at the same time as my shake. How many 1 stars can a place have before getting shit down. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews sooner.

Around 3:45pm yesterday, Nov 26 I thru the drive thru to order a medium mango-pineapple smoothie. When I received it. It was only 3/4 full my cup. I said to the nice lady at the window my cup isn’t full. I didn’t pay $5.03 for this – either they fill it up or return my money. She said something to I want to guess it’s someone higher than her- she was instructed to take the drink back (rather then filling it to the top) and I was handed a refund – I made .2 cents more. I drove to another McDonald’s and ordered the same thing – except my cup was full! I shared with the employee here my experience with the McDonald’s on Century. She called her manager who confirmed that was not the policy at McDonald’s to fill 3/4 cup smoothies. And apologized – for something they didn’t do. That’s service! And my smoothie at this location was .60 cents cheaper than the one on Century and La Cienega blvd! If you could – avoid the one on Century – you’re paying more. It turned out to be a blessing- to find out I could save money by buying from another location who has a cleaner restaurant. As a owner of the franchise on Century- you could probably be making more $ if you start hiring the right employees. Customer service at most McDonald’s have gone down!

Visited in the afternoon around 4:00 pm. A few scattered people waiting for orders. We placed our order and waited for more than 25 minutes. When checking on the order they told us that they lost the order and then found it, but it was now cold so they will need to start over.
A little disappointing that the order got lost and the additional wait. Employees were not rude, just slightly indifferent.
Food was as expected as far as taste, quality, and temperature.
This McDonald’s features an upstairs sitting area. The upstairs was clean and tidy. Also of note, the upstairs was about 10 degrees cooler than the lower level/lobby.

The staff was rude, the lettuce was slimy, the fries weren’t salted at all. This McDonald’s looks like they tried to squeeze a building where it doesn’t fit! You can barely get through the drive through and then to get out, you literally have to inch past the parked cars!!!

Some of these workers have attitude. They’ll kinda brush you off or straight up ignore you. There was one however, that was attentive. This McDonald’s was right across from my hotel so it was very convenient.

Do not recommend. The resturant smells like a men’s restroom in a truck stop. Everywhere was dirty. The staff could care less about service and just yelled out a number of an order and walked away.

We ordered breakfast from here today at 07:20 and it smelt like sewage in the whole place. All the tables were dirty and trash on the floor. Upstairs there were people sleeping so there was no room to sit. Some looked homeless there. Since we couldn’t find a place to sit we asked for our order to go and the person at the register said we had to pay 10 cents to put it in a bag!

I read the reviews before coming here thinking it would be terrible, but it was fine! My fries were fire. Honestly, a perfect McDonald’s as far as McDonald’s go. I mean, it’s not like McDonald’s has ever boasted to be anything more than a high speed low quality fast food place. Good stuff.

The service here is horrible today I went to work through the drive-through trying to order my food. The lady had an attitude. I don’t know what her problem was. I gave you the code and stay silent. I told her hey I gave you the code. Did you get it? Yeah I’m waiting for your order. I’m like the code has a food on it. It’s one of those codes that give you a discount. I had a free hash brown with a purchase of a sausage Mc griddle which I did I asked for no egg because I’m allergic and he still left it there. The food was cold. The hash brown was disgusting and to mention the drink was wrong. This happened today about an hour ago. Whoever’s in the drive-through should get fired. Or have her clean restrooms or clean the store and not talk to people.
