First, let’s talk about the taste. Every dish was delicious. I highly recommend the T-Bone steak. However, I have to say that the serving speed was extremely slow, so slow that it was unbelievable. We went there on Valentine’s Day. I understand that the restaurant was very busy, but it was obvious that this restaurant didn’t make a proper plan in advance. We waited for a full hour before we got the first dish, and even the still water took a long time to arrive. After that, a new dish was served every half an hour. I don’t understand why the food was served so slowly. I asked the waiter many times, but all I got was “Sorry”.

Both the tomato soup and the tender loin beef were excellent. Service was very good when although a bit slow in responding. Not particularly fond of the decor especially the red lights. Definitely worth a visit

It’s not the first or last time I’m visiting Pera to enjoy the perfectly cooked and well chosen cuts of meat. The staff is very friendly and attentive, providing hints what’s the best to choose for the day. Selection of meats is outstanding and steaks well seasoned. If you prefer wine to go along with your steak good advice is provided. The environment is posh but cosy at the same time, and what’s most important the noise level allows you to have conversations at normal level. I highly recommend a visit to try the wonders that the chef’s provide!!!

Unfortunately when we sitnat our indicated table, one glass was already dirty and one tooth-pick was forgotten from the previous attenders. Anyway the waitress has cleaned and replaced the glasses. The place is stylish and lightly; more than 7 fridges full of dry aged meats. I got the beetroot carpaccio ( very big plate ) and the mixed grill. I thought about spending less than expected.

Disappointing Experience – Lacking Basic Hospitality Standards
As professionals in the hospitality industry, my colleague and I visited Pera for the second time on 9.9.2025, having dined there exactly one year prior. We returned due to its proximity to our airport hotel.
Unfortunately, the same issue recurred: red wine served far too warm. Despite last year’s feedback regarding the need for proper wine storage, no improvement was evident. It took three separate requests to receive an ice bucket. Staff engagement was minimal, and while the food was acceptable, it did not justify the pricing.
Most concerning was the premature clearing of our table while we briefly stepped outside. We had not finished our drinks and intended to order dessert and coffee. The staff’s response was indifferent and lacked any effort to resolve the situation with empathy or professionalism.
Regrettably, we will not return. The experience reflects a lack of training and basic courtesy. A sincere smile and genuine hospitality would make a significant difference.

Very disappointed by the dry aged steaks. We went twice on company dinners there. I went there to try my first dry aged stake. We ordered medium and it was rare. It lacked flavour and also the last piece was really strange tasting. Tartar and carpaccio were ok, but again the meat lacks depth of flavour. Second dinner I ordered fillet mignon, and that meat was very good. However, the demiglas sauce was disgusting, sour and too much wine and I returned it. Desserts were very good. Overall, the dry aged steaks disappointed and should be the highlight of a steakhouse.
