I recently visited this food truck, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The carne asada burrito was incredible—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The adobada tacos were equally amazing, with tender meat and a delicious marinade. The quality of the food and the friendly service have made this food truck my new favorite spot in town. Highly recommend!

“Those tortillas really earned my respect!” was the comment from my 14 yr old. “I’ll eat here every time we’re in Montrose” was the paired comment from our 11 yr old.
We had torta and tacos – Asada, Special & Barbacoa torta were fantastic. The taco loving 14 yr old said the marinated pork tacos are the best tacos he’s had on this side of the mountain – that’s saying something – kid eats a lot of street tacos!
A great little lunch passing through on our way to the mountains. On our list for sure! Thank you!
