These people do not answer the phone. I tried calling them to make sure they include ketchup, BECAUSE THEY WON’T, but they never answered. They turned off the special instructions on door dash, so I can’t ask for ketchup there either. 2 stars for service is all they are worth.
UPDATE: No ketchup as I suspected. They gave me ice when I specified no ice, and the fries were hard and stale. This Burger King sucks.

I tried to use a coupon code 8505. The coupon was not expired. Today’s date is January 2, 2026 coupon date was January 29, 2026. Their computer would not accept the coupon For the family meal so I went to McDonald’s for the first time in 40 years Which was across the street on university near I 10 in Lafayette, Louisiana The only good thing about Burger King was there was no Waiting in line since they didn’t have one car in the parking lot at lunchtime

No one in line or inside but my Order took 15 minutes and the food was dry and overcooked like they threw it back in the fryer because they didnt want to make more. Horrible.

Told us to wait at the first window, so we waited there for four minutes (I checked times so I know) after that we just pulled to the second window because it’s not my responsibility to fix your average time for your second window. shoved card in husbands face, and when I asked for receipt, shoved recipe in his hand. When my husband started to ask about the extra zesty sauce, she cut him off right after he said extra and said rudely, yes. Took a while to get food, and it all tasted old. I put my mozzarella sticks in air fryer to try to salvage them, didn’t help. Everything was cold. Only thing worth it was root beer, which for some reason we had to wait for that too? Not only that, we also missed one zesty sauce, which isn’t a lot but on top of everything else? it’s the cherry on top.

I recently used the Burger King app and was impressed by the prompt, professional, and friendly service provided by Jakwanza. My order was accurate, freshly made, and served hot. The app streamlined the process, making it convenient. Overall, a satisfying experience with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

This bk is located In front of red roof inn. This unit has some of the nicest employees that I’ve seen in a long time. However the Unit mgr is not a very nice person. Her CS speaking skill is lacking. She also speaks to her staff in a condescending manner. The maintenance man is one of the worst employees as far as his speaking to a guest. It’s nothing short of being just plain rude. The building is of an older type. It’s kept very clean with exceptions its a fast food restaurant what do you expect. The food is not always hot and fresh. You can tell them please drop fresh fries, the mgr will tell them give them what’s In the bin. Lets talk policies and state law. We all know there no smoking in a public restaurant. However you can always go outside and smoke as long as it’s 8 feet from door. Well this bk says you can’t smoke anywhere on property. There is no signage. They are the mgr and maint very rude about this. Taking photos of this burger King there are no signs that state no smoking. So therefore you should smoke outside of you wish. I am not fond of this one simply because of the way the str mgr treats its guests.

Had a horrible experience at this Burger King location on University. My husband and I went through the drive thru when they opened for breakfast and the employee was extremely rude for no reason. We were the only ones in the drive-thru. We were very pleasant with her, but still that didn’t work. She sounded like she went to work angry and took it out on us. We even said yes ma’am in hopes that it would shift her mood and she continued to shout at us like we were little children. “We don’t have tea!! What do you want!! Huh!! What!!” It was so bad that we drove off and went to the location off of Ambassador where the workers were so sweet and friendly. We will not be visiting this location again, they have lost some customers.

Never eating Burger King again. Bought a whopper jr on a whim here and it was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. I should have guessed that was a bad sign- clearly it had been sitting out. Worst burger I’ve ever had, I should have gone to whataburger across the street
