Ate here the day after Christmas and probably for the 4th time total. It was a quiet night. Our server was attentive and helpful when trying to find an equivalent wine to something we had had before.
Food was really good. We always love to get the arancini and the meatballs for apps. We’ve had a variety of dishes of the years – a few chicken ones, butternut squash ravioli, some shrimp courses. Tiramisu for dessert is also a treat.
They also have gluten-free options which is appreciated.

Excellent food and service. Offers wide selections . Full service comfortable bar. Our server very knowledgeable with good recommendations.
Enjoyed the recomended Pollo with Gorgonzola that was excellent. Facility has outdoor patio seating overlooking Liberty Park.
They improved their noise situation with ceiling tiles but it still can be difficult to hear others. Has a wide variety of seating arrangements making it fun depending upon your mood.
Limited waiting area so it can be crowded or you wait outside. Place was full to capacity at 7 so I suggest having a reservation.
Ciao.

My husband and I went here last night (Thursday) without a reservation. We were promptly seated and addressed. Our waitress was lovely and the food was outstanding. They now have a price fixe offering on Wednesday/Thursday night. I ordered off that and it was delicious! And I had enough for lunch the next day. And of course the mini cannolis were fantastic. I had the beef and veal tortellini. The pasta was soft and pillowy and the sauce was well seasoned and flavorful. Will be back to try something new next time. Pricing is more affordable then some of the other “upscale” Italian restaurants in Mooresville.

What a treat it was to dine at Acqua Ragazza. I chose the Merluzzo Al Pesto as my main dish (fresh cod wrapped with prosciutto, topped with red onions and roasted tomatoes in a pesto sauce). It was spectacular! The flavors were bold, balanced and delicious. Fish never tasted so good! My cocktail was super fun too. You can tell the food is planned and prepared by culinary experts with a passion for excellence. This place is a gem.

Our first time here. Discovered this place walking out of next door Eat-a Bowl, and glad we did. Food was amazing. Hats off to the chef. Our server Caroline was amazing after dealing with my disappointment over the small table in front of the women’s room, with an empty dining room at 5 pm opening, and after making reservations in advance. The restaurant filled up though half way through our meal. The owner Sarah came over and spoke with us. What a sweetheart. She explained why, with a party of 16 that cancelled last minute. As a business owner myself, she made things okay. She gave us a complementary after dinner drink, which was a lemon something, and it was delicious. I enjoyed the food, the staff, the owner. Sarah gave me an insider’s tip when booking a table. $186 for our check, plus tip, for a wonderful 5-star dinner for two, with delicious food, dessert, and cocktails. Caroline got a deservingly so big tip because of the experience of her and owner Sarah, and of course the food, after our initial let down (almost walked out when seated, glad we didn’t)….No problem though with the initial seating disappointment, because everything else more than made up for it. We will be back again soon. Good luck Sarah, you’ll do great things here.

Acgua is one of our favorite spots for dinner. I made a Valentine’s Day reservation, and we were seated promptly. It took a good bit before our server came to the table, but that wasn’t a big deal. But unfortunately, our server, who was very nice, was constantly distracted by other tables and forgot about us several times. I was courteous and forgiving, but after we watched several tables come and go that had arrived after us, I paid and left because she forgot to bring us dessert too. The food was exceptional as it always is, but I was disappointed in our experience that visit. I believe our server realized it and was avoiding us by the end of the dinner.

First time visiting to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The atmosphere was nice upon entry, but unfortunately things went downhill from there. It appeared they were understaffed for the evening, and the wait for food was quite long. Our server was kind, apologetic, and clearly doing her best, but she seemed overwhelmed with too many tables.
The drinks were good, and most of the fixed menu was delicious — until my filet arrived. It came out cold and rare in the middle, not as ordered. I brought it to the server’s attention and was told it would be corrected. Unfortunately, when it was returned, it was still undercooked and unsatisfactory.
Maybe it was just the wrong night to try this place, but I was expecting a much better experience, especially for a special occasion and at this price point.

I have to share how amazing the experience was at this restaurant last night. From the red carpet entrance to the hostess to the amazing smell in the restaurant when we walked in. Then we got to our seats and took in the decor of the place while our server Maddie welcomed us. She kept the night fun and moving along at a great pace with her attentive service and amazing personality. Tara the owner came over to our table and what a treat. She is right there to help and makes you feel like you are guests sitting at her kitchen table. The drinks were so perfect and the food was outstanding!!! We had appetizers that were so good and perfect size to share with 6 people. Our main meals included eggplant parmigiana, raviolis stuffed with lobster and crab, gnocchi and a chicken dish that melted in your mouth! We all shared the food and we all agreed it was all so delicious. We loved it so much that we made a reservation to go back next weekend.
