Wow!! Quit coming here about 2 years ago because they had changed their burgers and just wasn’t a fan… Had a gift card and wowzwrs! So glad I came. Had a burger today and wow! Great great flavor, big sandwich and great service. Will be back more often for sure.

The service here was great, our waitress was very nice and helpful during the entire visit even while it was super busy! The restaurant was very clean as well.
The food was good as always, and just like almost everyone else we can’t get enough of those mozzarella sticks (highly recommend them if you haven’t had them) . Prices are a little on the higher side but the quality we were served with matched the price well!

Horrible! Took my family to Chili’s in Hickory for Valentine’s Day. Started off with 5 dirty side plates brought to our table. Honestly, it looked like they took plates from another table and gave them to us. My husband and I ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger how we wanted it. The burger was brought out wrong the first time so we sent it back to be corrected. The server brought out the burger a second time and it was completely wrong again. My daughter’s sliders were burnt she couldn’t even eat them. One of my son’s sliders did not have a full patty, but maybe half a patty that was burnt and no toppings he requested. The sliders looked like a piece of burnt charcoal between two buns. A cup of mayonnaise was brought to our table with something mixed in it and when we asked the server what was in the mayonnaise he stated “ oh, that looks like bacon bits. The bacon bits are right beside the mayonnaise.” By this point my husband and I were done and lost our appetite. We asked the server to remove the incorrect items from the bill. The manager comes to our table and asked what the problem was. I showed her my kids sliders and told her about our burger. She then says okay I will take off the kids food from the bill and I asked her to take our burger off as well (we never took a bite of our burger). The manager walks off with an attitude and brings the updated bill back to the table and throws it down in front of us and walks off again without explaining anything. I was looking over the bill and she charged us for the burger that was made wrong two times. The server was apologetic the entire time and did not charge us for the incorrect items. I don’t know who the manager was, she never told us her name, but she does not have any hospitality at all. The cooks did not seem to care how the food was prepared or presented to paying customers. We eat at Chili’s a lot and we were so disappointed this time. Never had a bad experience until this one. Went home disgusted.

I ordered take out. I will not make that mistake again. I use to eat here all the time but now the food is going downhill. Very disappointed. I ordered in house and when I got home ( 2 mins away ) burgers were barely warm, fries were cold; what few there were and since when does street corn come in a bowl? If I’m going to pay over $4 for corn it should be fresh on the cob not out of a bag! It was dry, hard and tasted nothing like the street corn that was served on the cob. Oh and the bottomless chips if you have a handful left on the table you can not get chips to go like before. For the prices charged I think I will take my business to Texas!

Wasn’t a big fan of Chili’s until tonight. Food was delicious, drinks were great, and service was awesome. Even though they were packed, our service was quick and food/drinks came out perfect. Will definitely be returning! It was a great way to celebrate a birthday!

Chili’s was on it tonight Busy but we were seated within 15 minutes, had our Triple Dipper out in 10, and our waiter Devin—aka The Viking—was amazing. Fast service, super friendly, and delicious food. A+ Saturday night.

It’s been a long time since visiting because we moved from the area. We live 2 hours 15 minutes away. Our server was great. The food runner on the other hand was terrible. We ordered chips and salsa. She came to the table and literally threw the basket of chips on the table and left. It even surprised our server, she apologized. When our food came out, it wasn’t hot, it was warm, but barely. Some of my fries were hot and the others were warm. Our server spoke to the manager about the runner. We don’t go there often, but we’ll probably choose somewhere else to go next time.

I have to start by saying the food was delicious. The menu is exciting with all the new items. The last time we came to this location we waited over 10 minutes and nobody came to our table. So we walked out. So today we decided to give it another try. We waited 8 minutes to put a drink order in. We timed it. So the service is still bad in my opinion. We sat down in a booth that looked like it came from the landfill. See pics. It had a huge rip in the vinyl and the stuffing was coming out so I know it’s been like this for a long time. That falls on management. Then our silverware was so dirty we just asked for to-go forks and spoons. See pics. I don’t understand this. It’s real simple to correct this. Management needs to be more diligent when it comes to this. We will not be back here for a while. The food was good tho. Just a long wait time. I still can’t believe the condition of the booth. Never seen it that bad.

My server was very attentive even with four tables on New Year’s Eve! He told us about a special I missed on the back of the menu which ended up getting us a free drink and a app or salad for the same price of the same meal. Our burgers were really juicy and thick. We didn’t have to wait for refills or anything for that matter
