I ordered a breakfast burrito on my way to work and this has to be the worst looking burrito I ever received in my life. Its not even attractive enough to eat. I called the store and talked to a manager about it and first off no apology was given at all. And then she tells me she would remake it but I have to pick it up either same day which is impossible because im at work or I can get it the next day and those were my only options. How do you mess my order up and inconvenience me and then tell me I have only same day or next day to get it remade. I usually dont complain but the service here is horrible and the manager didn’t handle this professional at all. Maybe she needs to be retrained at her job. Update: went up there to return the food and they refused to refund my money saying there company policy is to keep their customers money even if the food is returned. I will never eat at this Wendy’s again. No wonder its never a line up there. Im sure this location will be closed 1 day.

Heavy Set Darkskin girl named Lyric is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No greeting when ordering and very rude slamming the drive thru window in customers face before they finish talking. I then had to take my order back as I stated to her there should be no lettuce or tomato’s SHE VERY AGGRESSIVELY snatched the sandwich’s and gave them back saying “Here.” Then as I asked for my receipt she got offended and continued to yell out the window when I pulled off with my 9 and 11 year old children.

This is by far the stingiest Wendy’s ive ever been to. The manager was there and handed me 2 ketchups for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. I asked for more and she handed me 2 more. so 4 ketchups. that’s enough for maybe the fries. When I ordered i explicitly asked for ranch the manager herself handed me the bag and I had to back up to the window because they have me nothing at first. THEN she charged me 50 cents for one ranch. these people act like they’re personally shareholders with the small amount of power they have. I get it your miserable but don’t take it out on the customer. no wonder this wendys rating is so low. it’s even in a decent part of town. no excuses. and this manager particularly has been there a long time. I know because I worked here after hs 15 years ago lmao. maybe it’s time for a change. js. oh and you keep stealing my pennies. how about you eat the pennies and give us nickels. or at the very least show some respect instead of not saying anything

So i come here often!!! And when u come to a place often you get used to seeing the people and talking to them!!! Courtney is the hardest working person ive ever met!! Shes always here always showing up and doing a damn good job at what she does!! I was disappointed tonight when i got there and heard courtney over that speaker you can clearly tell she is sick!! I get to the window and omg she looks and sounds so bad!!! Im also a non emergency medical transportation driver and i see courtney at the dialysis clinic where i drop my patients!! I said girl why are you here??????? She said her boss made her come in!! Jackie you know courtney situation why on earth is she at work and shes sick!!??? This is sad and id never ever wanna work for someone who forces her manager to come to work and she is sick as a dog!!!! With underlying health conditions you knew about when you hired her 15 years ago!!

Dining was empty, line empty- restroom was disgusting. Very dirty And guaranteed it wasn’t cleaned yesterday! No ketchup cups when dining inside, asked, and waited for 5 minutes for cups, the man only put out a few, then left the storage room door open. I asked for a cup s as mustard, and that was a5 minute plus wait after Forest being told,” we don’t have mustard “- I told her that they put it on a sandwich, you have mustard.

Oook so I have gotten food from here personally going or Doordashing and they just keep messing up the food quite disappointing today I’m upset I DD.(Wendy’s is 0.8mi from me) I spent $65.72 on this order just to receive nit only cold old food but also half the wrong stuff just wild is already bad enough DD robbing folks but geez the restaurants are too. I love me some Wendy’s but this 1 always messing up.

This is legitimately the most baffling experience of my life. Half of my sandwich was so cold, I could feel it through the foil like an ice pack. The fries were so hot I felt like they’d take half of my mouth with them. The baconator was the son of baconator because they forgot a whole burger. How do you forget the burger part? This was the North Dakota airport equivalent of a restaurant when you’re stuck on a layover for seventeen hours.

Tried picking up a door dash order. They claimed it was already picked up twice by other drivers. By door dash policy I have to then place the order because clearly it’s been stolen. I asked nicely if they could accommodate as I got here 2 mins before close. They didn’t answer and delayed till exactly 1am to say “no, we are now closed”. I let her know to please make sure people confirm they picked up the order before leaving. She snapped back she does. Well…. Clearly not if 2 people managed to steal the order and it’s not marked as picked up or I wouldn’t have gotten it. Based on other reviews I can’t say I’m surprised by their lack of customer service. Don’t go into a customer service field if you can’t handle talking to people of all sorts nicely and making accommodations where needed. It was a small order too so it wasn’t like I was asking for 40 nuggets 2 mins before close. Chick fil a will server you up until exactly 10pm…. It’s sad fast food has gone so down hill from poor hiring choices.

The staff at this location are unreliable and dangerously careless. Last night my spicy chicken sandwich was literally raw. I could have been seriously sick.
Other anecdotes:
I’ve had carry out that took over 30 min to get ready (there wasn’t a long line inside). Baked Potatoes have only been available every other time I’ve ordered one. The frosty machine is ‘broken’ about as often.
Raw chicken was the last straw. It’s not worth it. Don’t go here.
