Opening our first restaurant in 2014, our mission is to familiarize people with traditional Asian cuisine from around the world. Oh my god. Chubby Cattle lives up to its’ reputation. The vibes are on point, staff is SO friendly, and the food is absolutely incredible. The only con for me was that you have to cook your own meats which is mainly just a reflection of my own cooking skills lol. They have different tier levels of the All You Can Eat menu. Even the lowest Silver Tier is fantastic with plenty of Wagyu options and more. All of the tiers include AYCE sushi, seafood, veggies, fruits, and signature dishes like hotpot, dumplings, tempura, steamed eggs, and so much more. I personally loved the Thick Cut Wagyu Short Ribs, Wagyu Brisket, and the different variety of nigiri. I am also a mushroom girly so the king oyster mushrooms were a lovely addition. I enjoyed wrapped them around the meat. There are drinks that are included and the jasmine milk tea or the slushy drinks were fantastic. Highly recommend visiting one of their locations if you are near one. You will not regret it!

Awesome experience! All the meat that we had was very fresh with beautiful marble. They bring the food out fast so that you can just order as you eat so no food wasted. Our guy Kevin was very nice and patient. It’s our first time here and he explained us the menu and recommended tasty items.

The Chubby Cattle was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Janice was simply incredible — knowledgeable, attentive, and made every moment special. This was my first time visiting with my girlfriend and our friend, and she guided us perfectly through the entire experience.
The atmosphere is soothing with a cool steampunk vibe — I loved the vents and overall design. The tables are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food — the specialty meats are to die for! Everything melts in your mouth with an explosion of flavor. The unlimited meats were also incredible — we tried a little bit of everything (and a lot of some!), and it was totally worth the Diamond Experience.
And the best part? Soft serve ice cream and slushies! Need I say more?
I highly recommend visiting with friends or a date, and definitely consider signing up for the membership if you plan to come back — the annual fee is very affordable and totally worth it.

This was my first time here and the place looks so cool , very asthetic and the food was great. Since we stepped inside Kevin was there to helps us every step of the way. He asked how we liked the items cooked and guided us through that. He was very attentive to our table and made sure to let us know about the memberships available and about the app that they have and their points. Overall the experience was great and Kevin was such a good server. We will be coming back.

As it was my first time trying this establishment from the moment I walked in; I was greeting not only by the lovely hostess sadly I forgot to get her name. Although I waited a little to be greeted once she notice me I was greeted right away by both the lovely host and Jonathan Park. At the time I wasn’t aware he Was my server he acknowledged me and let me know my table is being worked on, and I’ll be seated soon. To my surprise he was my server and I was honored to be in his section. He had so many guest to attend to but as a solo diner he made sure I was well taken care. He took the time to explain the menu and how it works, he made sure to recommend some of his favorite which was not disappointing. Coming in I did not plan on sign up for the membership. Due to his 20/10 service experience I ended up signing up for one year membership I didn’t need just so I can enjoy the tasty selection of meat and laughter served by Mr. Jonathan park. At the time he didn’t know it but I was dining solo to celebrate my birthday. Walked in to this establishment just to have a quick lunch after shopping. Thank you for making my birthday memorable and sharing laughter with me. Also thank you for your service and knowledge. I appreciate you for telling me more about the establishment and all the locations they have. This review took few weeks but I hope your management knows how lucky they are to have you. I will definitely be back not only for fresh Delicious food but for your kind, humbled heart, professionalism , knowledge, and excellence humor. Thank you for your service. Absolutely the Best AYCE Wagyu Experience! The quality of the meat is exceptional! You can really taste the difference in the freshness and marbling compared to other AYCE places. Also, a huge shoutout to our wonderful waitress, Janice. She made the experience even better! She was super friendly and attentive. Her recommendations were spot on, and her service was truly top-notch. So, if you’re a fan of Wagyu, then Chubby Cattle is the place to go. Definitely a 10/10!

Beautiful ambience and setup. Food here was immaculate, tiny portions, highest quality food and all your can eat. The service was amazing, Jon Kim set the bar for service and cooking tips and single handedly convinced us to become members in the first 10 minutes of arriving.
