If you’re looking for great food and truly excellent service, Dong Thap Noodles is it. We brought our family of five and had such a great experience. Tee was an incredible server. He was super attentive, kind, and made sure our table was taken care of from start to finish. The owner was also there and was so welcoming, which really stood out. We were amazed by the food and left very happy. Highly recommend!

The best hand made made noodles in Tukwila hands down! Ever since they were located in Chinatown I’ve been coming to this place. Never a dull moment with the staff. The food is delicious and not to mention the dessert. I highly recommend ANYONE to try them out. You won’t be disappointed:)

I really wanted to like this place because I’ve heard quite a bit about it, but unfortunately my experience at Phở Đồng Tháp was pretty disappointing. First of all, the pho itself didn’t taste authentic to me. The broth, which is usually the heart of a good bowl of pho, was bland and lacked the rich depth of flavor I was expecting. On top of that, it wasn’t even hot enough when served, which made the overall dish feel flat. The meat was super chewy and tough, not tender like a proper pho should have.

Their house-made noodles, which I thought would be a highlight, were also a letdown. They were too thick and not fully cooked through, leaving an unpleasant texture. It honestly felt like the whole bowl was rushed.

I visited on a Sunday morning, and it seemed like the restaurant was short-staffed. I only saw one host, one server, one cook, and one runner trying to handle the entire restaurant. I understand how stressful that can be for the team, but because of it, the service also suffered. The wait times were longer than expected, and it didn’t feel like anyone had enough time to check in or provide attentive service.

Overall, this visit didn’t meet my expectations in terms of both food and service. Pho is something I truly love, so it’s extra disappointing when it doesn’t deliver. I hope they can improve their broth, noodle quality, and staffing situation in the future, because the potential is there — it just really fell short this time.

This was of the best pho I’ve had, if the best! The flavors were on point! I had finished my bowl before I knew it! Definitely will return. Service was friendly and fast. Our food was brought out relatively quickly after placing the order.

We should have read other comments before visiting this place. Hủ tiếu nước was bland, missing toppings (see photo). Bún măng vịt was not authentic. The meat was very chewy.
The place is spacious with only one server running at dinner time. We can tell she’s working hard yet rushing and unwelcoming.
Too disappointing.
2 stars for efforts ⭐️⭐️

Top quality food & service. Went for lunch with a friend. We were both very impressed with our dishes. I had the Udon with ground chicken, chicken and shrimp. Soup broth was so delicious and the home made upon noodles were perfect. My friend had the vermicelli bowl with pork, egg roll and shrimp. Another fantastic dish. Everything is so fresh and beautifully presented. The decor in this space is also very pleasant and comfortable. Definitely going back!

Wow! What an awesome place! They make their own noodles and the pho is so good. I was pleasantly surprised by this place and highly recommend. I was so happily surprised of the quality of the noodles, it’s not every day you can get a rice noodle that’s made from scratch.

Not bad, but size isn’t everything… The portions are large and the broth is okay, but it’s not as flavorful as it could be. Noodles are also thicker than typical so there feels like the noodle-to-meat ratio is too high.

I’m a first-time diner here. This establishment is quite spacious and welcoming. It features a full-service bar and boasts an elegant ambiance. Upon entering, the owner greeted my wife and me. Our server promptly arrived to take our orders.

The coffee was satisfactory, and my wife’s vermicelli tray dish was equally impressive. As for my Bon Bo Hue, it was decent, but the flavor profile seemed slightly off, and the meat was overly chewy. I had difficulty swallowing it while recording a video, but managed to do so with the aid of some broth.

The flavors didn’t quite live up to my expectations, which have been set by Hoang Lanh’s exemplary rendition. I wish other restaurants could replicate their recipe, which utilizes genuine beef bones from Schenk Packing Co, Inc. Perhaps the chef could dine there and learn from their approach. Nevertheless, I’m willing to try something else on my next visit.

I had time to kill after shopping while waiting for my vehicle detail next door and this place was conveniently nearby and a great find! I ordered the shrimp rolls and a large bowl of the brisket pho. I loved both dishes! The service was quick, the restaurant was nice and vibey with plenty of seating. It was $30 for both these dishes which is pretty average for the Seattle area but with an upscale atmosphere!
