I’m from Arizona where good Mexican food is a staple. I saw this food truck AFTER, buying a Jimmy John’s sandwich. Curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to see what was on the menu at this truck, so I pulled over. I do NOT regret my decision. Seriously the best birria tacos and consume I’ve ever had. Seriously. Now the ramen, geeze, I’m also a ramen fan and dipping the birria tacos in the ramen noodles was epic. Im fully satisfied with leftovers for lunch. Sorry Jimmy…I’m gonna have to donate the sandwich.
