I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. First, they gave me the wrong order. When I brought it to their attention, they remade the food—but still got it wrong. I had clearly requested no cheese on the burgers because my niece has a cheese allergy, and they still included cheese. This could have been a serious health risk.
On top of that, they charged me 10 cents for a bag without informing me, which is frustrating—not because of the amount, but because of the lack of transparency.
What made everything worse was the attitude of the manager. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation professionally, they were rude and dismissive. Customer service matters, especially when mistakes are made that could affect someone’s health.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I hope this location takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Staff was not helpful very rude and disrespectful. The drive thru staff during 2:30 pm . The staff got our order mixed charged us the wrong order then mixed our order again and it was our fault cause we ordered 2 large ice teas & they gave us 2 Hi-C orange drinks the workers couldn’t distinguish between ice tea & orange Hi-C they sound similar in English. The staff that assisted with the mix up thought we were trying to keep a drink that we didn’t order we returned all the food & we paid with a credit card and the manager returned us cash not credit my credit card

Gave me the wrong order. Ordered the daily double value set n got me a quarter pounder (more like bite size pounder). Got way less than what I’m supposed to get. They didnt bother to ask n confirm my order. It’s 9pm, I guess everyone’s tired, and im also tired to go back. Still ate it tho.

I used to avoid fast food, but McDonald’s has really stepped up their game. Their salads and grilled chicken wraps are fresh and tasty. It’s nice to have healthier options when you’re on the go.

All employees are either stressed out or they don’t care due to staff being short. Waiting time has become soo long, then u get ur food and another 10 minutes for ketchup and condiments

Literally try not to go here. I dont understand how EVERY time I come here they lose the order. I have to show my order history, bank statement its ridiculous. This last time it was 10 mins before they begin making my order because they couldnt find it again. Its 1 6pc chicken nugget happy meal for my kid. I called corporate EVERY time. They don’t even respond. Counter and Carry out stop at 8pm the only choice wait in a line that extends to the street because thry use one side of the at a time one person taking both sides orders this doesn’t save time just packs more people in line with the illusion they are moving faster.
