Every time I come here to get my son a happy meal I always have the worst service, most workers at McDonald’s in goodyear and Litchfield Park area don’t even make eye contact with you and have the worst customer service.

I took my iced coffee back inside and told the young Caucasian girl who initially brought it to me that it tasted bitter.
Like nothing was added to it the way I purchased it:
3 creamers
3 extra caramel
Of course she got an attitude. I can honestly say that I was NOT rude in any way, as I know how it can be working fast food. I’ve done it myself before.
She comes back & before I could finish thanking her for remaking it, she cuts me off by saying “have a nice day” and walks off.
Very rude.
She needs to be coached on better customer service or reprimanded. Or fired.
At this point, I have no more patience nor tolerance for rudeness or mistreatment of others. Customers or workers.
The world has enough problems as it is and her actions and attitude is not helping one bit.
Do better.
