I’m here in town overnight and decided to get some food from this establishment because my husband just loves the chicken! I ordered for pickup. The staff was very helpful and customer friendly. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walled through the door and she helped me with my to go order. All employees on the fron end I encountered were pleasant not with just me but all the customers. I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back. This was also my first time trying their dessert, I had the double fudge chocolate coca-cola cake and it was good!

It took a long time to receive food. After we had already been waiting 30 min for pancakes to find out they didn’t have what I ordered. Food wasn’t bad. Long wait time.

This was my first visit to this location. It was very cold outside but warm and cozy inside. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She helped me make a sub for something that was not available. I appreciate that. The food was served quickly and correct. I enjoyed this visit and since I am moving to the area soon, will be back often.

The waitress was very nice and had a great personality. I believe they were very under staffed and that’s why it took us so long to get a table and be served. They were not busy at all. Some of the food was hot and some of it was old. They was one person in front of us to be seated, but it took around fifteen minutes. After we ordered it took us about a hour to get our food. Poor management I think. The last time we eat there it was great.

Our server was very nice but she had a big section as was having trouble keeping up when we first sat down. From the time we were seated until our food finally came out it was over 30 minutes. This isn’t terrible and maybe the new norm based on labor shortages.
I thought the food was very good and consistent with the Cracker Barrel’s I’ve eaten at in the past.

It was not busy and we were seated quickly. The staff were fine but not overly friendly. I felt like it took a little long for the amount or people in the restaurant but the food was fresh and very good. Over all a good experience.

Took over 10 minutes just to get drinks, the Diet Coke was completely flat so had to switch drinks, service was slow, I ordered the Louisiana style shrimp skillet where in the description it says shrimp in a zesty creole sauce with garlic Parmesan toast for dipping. Shrimp was dry, there was no sauce in the skillet, and then forgot to serve me the bread. I asked about the sauce and was told it is cooked into the shrimp. So the “bread for dipping” is so misleading. My daughter got the sausage biscuit with egg and hash browns, and was brought out a plain biscuit with scrambled eggs on the side and that was it, we had to wait even longer for that to be fixed. Getting a refill on drinks was almost near impossible. Bad experience. Would not recommend this location. Attached is a picture of my sad shrimp skillet that was $14.99

Great family place. I would say the best or one of the best Cracker Barrel restaurants we visited to. And we travel a lot:) Restaurant was clean, servers knew what they are doing, personnel was friendly. Did some good shopping in the store. Special Thank you to Store Sales Person Fran for signing us up for rewards (already next time we will be getting free appetizers) and for assisting us with purchases. Love store selections and thank to whoever make those selections for store.
