The server name , Shein is so very nice and care is not his foul at all, but I go to the bathroom is not hot water in there ,and the food is terrible cold and the wigs and fries look cook for long time ego I add the picture my Daughters not eat they food when they love this pasta .! I don’t see no one manager there .! My husband make a order the sandwich chicken ranch and the chicken look old at all . The server do his best for help us and I’m very appreciate him for that .
The belt for the booster kids not Working .! And for close this upsets is my Daughter birthday .! And we have bad Night.!

The food was good, and the wings were decent. However, the décor felt overly busy and a bit overwhelming. My family and I ended up cutting our visit short because it gave us a bit of a headache. I’d recommend stopping by for the food, but it’s definitely more of an in-and-out kind of place.

Melissa was absolutely great! She provided amazing service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious, and the drinks were on point! Everything came out fresh and flavorful. Definitely a great experience overall.

First of all I was greeted and seated rather quickly. The temperature was cozy and the volume of the music was perfect for a calm atmosphere to dine. My server Olivia was delightful. She was knowledgeable about the menu and spot on with her recommendation. I got the Thai Mango Salad with potslickers. It was wonderful! I have been checked on repeatedly by several managers amd wait staff. I must say I am impressed with this location. The only issue I had was you can not see the lights very well from the main road but I found it and am very pleased with my experience and will be back soon! Keep up the good work! Olivia was amazing!

I work in the food industry, so I always try to be patient and understanding, especially when someone mentions it’s only their second day. However, this experience was extremely disappointing. Our server forgot to put our entire order in at the same time, which resulted in my mom receiving her food while I waited much longer for mine. Several items we asked for were forgotten and when my food finally came out, it was cold.

There was also confusion with the order when I requested a side substitution, but I was charged for an additional side instead. So I had to bring it to their attention for it to be resolved. What stood out the most was the lack of support from the training server or management. No one checked in to make sure the new employee was handling things correctly or stepped in to help when it was clear things were going wrong. That’s not just a server issue, that’s a training and leadership issue.

As someone who works in the food industry, I understand that mistakes happen but proper training and supervision are essential. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad impression that I don’t see myself returning and based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend others do either.

The service was great! Typical Fridays setup nothing out of the ordinary. I wouldn’t say it was immaculate but it was clean. There was a bad odor at the bar maybe it was the garbage. I have to stress that it was the staff that made the experience. The bartenders were on top of it, drinks did not go empty and they periodically checked back on us once we got our food. I unfortunately did not get a picture of the Mozzarella sticks and Spinach Artichoke dip but they were delicious. We had a vegetarian and regular burgers with fried. The fries are normally better (seasoned and cooked til perfection) but nothing major. Overall you know what you’re getting and you’ll leave happy.

Dined at fridays yesterday and our food came out fresh and fast! My only gripe would be the breadsticks, the bread could be more fresh and six should come with more butter. Our server Micah was very kind and attentive. If we’re in the area, we’d definitely come back!

Our waitress Noel was outstanding. Her warm personality made you feel very welcomed. We had a party of three & she was attentive to our numerous requests.

Noel kept a professional position attitude.

The restaurant was decorated really nice with festive Holiday decorations.

The owners of TGI Fridays need to give our waitress a bonus. I spoke to the manager & told her about Noel’s stellar hospitality.
