This local restaurant is really cute and was pretty clean. We went around noon-1 and were seated immediately! My burger was delicious and really tasted like a summer burger you make on a grill at home, loved it. The mac n cheese wasn’t my favorite and the chips were bland but that’s okay because the mashed potatoes and hamburger steak were delicious! I think we’ll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about it. Food was great. Our server was very good and took care of us. She also had time to take care of some regular customers. I like the way she spent a little more time with them. Only thing that could possibly be considered a little bit negative would be the fact that they usually have red skin potato salad and this time they had mustard-based but that was fine with me. My daughter was a little tiny bit disappointed but it didn’t detract from anything. Very positive experience

The server was very pleasant, atmosphere was good, we got corn nuggets and fried mushrooms as appetizers and was fried to perfectly. My son and daughter in law got 14 oz ribeyes with 2 sides and texas toast, I had the barbecue plate with coleslaw and French fries. Everything was good, my son gave me a piece of steak to try and it was really good. The server brought out a kids plate with green beans, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes in a 3 compartment child plate for my grandson. Overall experience was excellent for Overall experience.

Recommended joint, unfortunately a pretty grim place. 6pm and all out of Ribs at a BBQ joint, despite many groups turning up after us, so presumably many upset people.
The pulled pork was OK but cold, the texts toast was a joke as it wasn’t as described, told it was was thick cut sour dough with real butter. Hot a medium slice standard white bloomer with margarine. And it was cold.
The brown beans were grim honestly, zero taste and very watery and the beer warm.
Unfortunately not a recommended, especially with only 1 server for the whole place.

It’s mediocre at best. Fries were no better than something you’d buy from the frozen section and bake at home. The pulled pork was nothing really special. The coleslaw seemed to be identical to KFC’s. Green Beans tasted like they came straight from the can. The buns were falling apart and seemed a bit past their date. Not an experience we will be repeating

Stopped for lunch while traveling through with a group. When we walked through the door, it felt like we were treated like family. We were seated quickly, given menus, and drink orders were taken. We had a few menu questions that were answered, and we ordered lunch. The waitress checked on us regularly, and the owner stopped by to chat with us several times. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. If you’re ever in town, don’t hesitate to stop in.
