I work late bartending and order from you guys and I’m so severely disappointed. I love potatoes and Mac and received nothing even close even remotely close to what is on you menu. Pictures of what I got compared to what’s on DoorDash. What is going on?

Hostess was very friendly and sweet. Was always checking up on us and making sure that everything was good. Honestly, hands down one of the nicest dining experiences I’ve had. Our server was definitely an example on how service should be in every dining establishment!

It was our first time dining at Applebee’s and we absolutely loved it! The hostess was super friendly and got us seated right away. Our server, Martha, was amazing , attentive, cheerful, and really took great care of us.I ordered the full rack of ribs yoh, the portion was generous and the flavor was irresistible! Thought I wouldn’t finish, but I couldn’t stop. My husband had the Ribeye, and wow… it was beyond expectations ,honestly better than most steakhouses we’ve tried.We also had cocktails, and let me tell you, the glasses are huge! The manager was also also on the floor and even checked on us.We enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely a 5-star experience and we’ll be back for sure!

Food was good except the vegetables they were definitely frozen and didn’t taste very good. Gaby was our waitress and she was amazing with the kids and was very quick to get anything we needed and to answer any questions we had, I would highly recommend asking for her, she is great at her job

Tonight was one of the best experiences I’ve had here at Applebee’s. Your server Gaby was wonderful! She was very sweet, attentive, and accommodating (seriously, give this girl a raise!!!). More servers should aspire to be as amazing as she was.

I placed an order from Applebee’s through DoorDash on September 10, 2025. I asked for two burgers to be cooked light pink and another to have no pink. After taking a few bites, I opened both burgers and saw that they were completely raw with significant pink inside. This was very concerning for food safety reasons.

Our server Gaby at the 72nd St location in Tacoma absolutely made our night! What a fantastic time we just had. Gaby’s service was thoughtful, genuine, attentive, professional, authentic, friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, joyful, charismatic, selfless, and she anticipated our needs with quiet grace. What a gem in the waitstaff. As for the food, we got the 2 for $25 deal. Two Ceasar’s, he had chicken andouille sausage penne and I had the honey Mac & Cheese but substituted grilled chicken on top. Allow me to gush for a moment. I can’t recall having a tastier pasta out on the town recently. I literally could not stop making “mmmm” and “omg” sounds..
