Food is always great here and staff are friendly. This place gets busy and a little chaotic because Franklin high school is across the street, but I’ve never had any issues. Come get your delicious food!

I remember doing a review on here 2 years ago and provided a 1star however over the past few months I have been passing 2 chipotles just to come here. The service has changed drastically since 2 years ago. The staff is always friendly and it’s super clean every time I come in. I even great greater before entering the line. I bought 3 entrees. Paid for it. Come home to find out there is no chicken quesadilla inside. Only lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream. Come back to store and manager tells me show me receipt. So now I have to go look for receipt to get a replacement for your mistakes. This place is trash. I’m never ever coming back. Keep the $10 you stole from me.

3 month later update: this location isn’t perfect but it has definitely improved. You can eat inside on clean tables. Portion sizes are good (I was too hungry to take an updated photo). This is a solid 4 star.
Have to order online. Location is clean since you can’t eat in. Portions are a little small versus other locations. Not horrible but not outstanding taste. This location is better than the one foundry row location, but that location is also the worst in any state I’ve been.
Overall, this place is only good because it has the benefits of being new. No real reason to come back

The brown rice in 2 of my burritos was undercooked. Like crunchy. The white rice in our other orders was fine but the brown rice was bad. Come on.

First of all I am Ioyal customer been coming to this Chipotle for a couple of years now. But unfortunately there customer service has fell off. They need to improve there customer service. I been waiting for honey chicken to get cut. So one of the employees were cutting up the honey chicken I have been waiting and I was on my lunch break. I ordered 2 tacos as he were cutting up the honey chicken I feel as though he should have put some of the honey chicken on my tacos. But he didn’t I had to wait for him to finish cutting. So I got the regular chicken instead, which I wanted the honey chicken. I just felt like he handled it all wrong. Because he seen that I was waiting. Poor customer service.
