The staff were kind, courteous, and consistently responded with “my pleasure,” which I always find unique and refreshing. You can genuinely feel the hospitality here.
I’ve only been to one other Chick-fil-A in Florida, and that time I didn’t even order for myself. This visit was different. I knew exactly what I wanted: the chicken nuggets.
They are definitely real chicken. Fresh, tender, and satisfying. No mystery texture here. Overall, a clean, welcoming location with friendly service and food that lives up to the reputation.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. There were fresh red flowers in vases on every table, which added a festive and welcoming touch to the space. I genuinely appreciated the modern trash and recycling station. It was clearly labeled and thoughtfully designed, including a spot to place unused sauce packets instead of throwing them away. Small things like that make a big difference.
The bathrooms were clean, fully stocked, and well maintained, which always says a lot about how a restaurant is run. Overall, this location feels intentional, organized, and family friendly, with a level of care that’s easy to notice and appreciate.
Months later, I gave the company another chance. That visit ended with chicken that was completely raw on the inside. When I raised the concern, I was told I needed to “specify well done” if I wanted fully cooked chicken — something that should never be optional for poultry.
About a year later, I tried a different location in Virginia. Once again, the chicken was undercooked, and once again I was told I should have requested “well done.” I even received a letter from the company claiming that pink chicken was acceptable, which is not safe or reassuring.
After that, I stopped eating at Chick-fil-A for six years.
Today, I decided to give the company one more chance. My first bite of my sandwich contained hair. After everything I’ve experienced, this confirmed that the same sanitation and quality control issues are still happening. This was a waste of my money and time. Based on the pattern, I don’t see improvement. You never have to worry about me returning, and I will make sure others are aware of my experience.
Everyone went over and above on this Saturday morning.
