Writing this as we finished our lunch! Very delicious food. Clean modern nice place unlike most Viet joint.
Bun Bo Hue is spicy with deep flavor. I have my usual dish Bun Ga Nuong, the chicken has good marinade, egg roll was meaty. Also tried Ban Beo Chen (steamed rice cake) very flavorful.

We had an amazing experience at Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen. The service was excellent—attentive, warm, and welcoming—and the food was delicious. The dessert really stood out, especially the pandan cake, which we absolutely loved. For vegetarians, there were only two options—the pho vegan and the spring rolls—but both were enjoyable. The taro and lavender milk teas were amazing; we added popping boba and lychee jellies, which we highly recommend. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Stayed at Hard Rock to see the Holiday Light Show, coming back to the area to eat at Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen again. Hands down best pho you can get in Miami-Dade/Broward County – because THERE IS NO GOOD PHO IN MIAMI-DADE. What a delight to find real, delicious Vietnamese food minutes from Hard Rock and only 40 minutes from downtown Miami (no traffic). I almost starting crying from joy. The crispy pork skin comes so fresh it’s still crackling and sizzling when it arrives at the table. Springs rolls are fresh (but should have 2-3 more shrimp per piece tbh). Eggs rolls crispy and piping hot. The grilled squid is incredible – a little spicy, pillow soft, I dont know what the spicy green sauce or the garlicky sweet chili sauce was but I want gallons of both to dip All The Meats at home. And then comes the pièce de résistance – the pho. The pho, the pho, the PHO. Large is a decent amount of noodles and meat, perfect amount of broth. I was hoping for a little more depth as it’s been simmering for 24 hours but it’s still just what my soul has been craving. Francesca, our server, in particular was a gem. Coming from Miami-Dade where service is non-existent, it’s so refreshing to dine somewhere where your server doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering them and they’re doing you a favor. Sweet, kind, friendly and just the right amount of checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We only got to try a fraction of the menu so I will be back pho sure. Don’t be turned off by the influencer gram vibes – this place is worth all and any hype. Oh and it’s super affordable too. If you can’t get spot right in front there’s tons of free parking in the garage behind the restaurant.

Pho Bar has been like a second home for us—we’ve been coming here for going on 6 years, and the service has always been excellent. Over the years, we’ve seen many employees come and go, but Erick the bartender has stood out as truly top of the line. His energy is always high, his service is consistently amazing, and he treats us like family every single time we visit.
Rene, the bar manager, also deserves recognition. When he first started, he came across a little serious, but over time he’s become another person who feels like family to us. Both he and Erick go above and beyond to make every visit special.
What makes Pho Bar even more unique is how well they know us. They remember our orders before we even say them—even our son’s special order, and he’s a picky eater! That kind of attention to detail makes dining here feel personal and welcoming.
We don’t just come for the delicious food—we come for the incredible service, warm atmosphere, and the people who make it feel like home. Erick especially deserves recognition for always making the bar experience lively and memorable.
I would highly recommend Pho Bar to anyone looking for not only great food, but also a place where you’ll be treated like family.

Great Vietnamese spot! The food was awesome and there were items that you wouldn’t normally find on a typical Vietnamese menu in the states (they have banh beo!) They also have homemade pho/noodles and serve it with culantro (very Vietnamese!) Our waiter Jacob was super nice and friendly! Can’t wait to come back. 10/10

Johnathan (our server) had a wonderful table side manner, very casual- but not too personal, very lovely small talk in such a busy establishment. Food was also SO wonderful and tasty. Especially dessert, although i wasn’t a huge fan of the Vietnamese iced coffee, espresso lovers should 100% purchase for a strong yet slightly sweet coffee.
The house special pho was just perfect as well, along with the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Overall, can get crowded at times, but a good place to try Pho if it is your first time!

What a gem! Authentic Vietnamese food and drinks. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and super welcoming — perfect for a quick lunch or casual hangout.
The drinks are seriously impressive! Those beautiful layered iced coffees and specialty beverages are worthy but taste amazing too.
And the pho? Incredibly delicious! The broth was flavorful, aromatic, and packed with tender beef slices, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles. Topped with plenty of green onions, it was comfort in a bowl. Definitely one of the best I’ve had recently.
The service deserves a special shoutout — friendly, fast, and attentive. Everything was spot-on from start to finish.
If you’re craving real Vietnamese flavors with great drinks and top-notch service, head to Phở Bar — you won’t be disappointed! Everything is just so good. Highly recommend!

The Carmelized braised fish with the sweet and sour soup with white rice so good. The short ribs pho was so tender it came off the bone. The broth itself had flavor. My go to when I’m visiting. The drinks are good as well. Love the ice coffee!! Recommend the green tea shots

First time outside of Vietnam to order Bahn Xeo in a restaurant. Excellent. Kathy our waitstaff was quick and friendly. Hubby had the wagu pho, and the portion was generous. Note popular restaurant park in the parking garage behind restaurant. Gratuity included…not a problem.

It was really bumping in here, If you like Pho this place is really great. They have vegan options as well. Our server Jonathan was really great and made sure to take good care of us.
They have plenty of extra options to add to the soups. Very friendly to spice lovers. Jonathan let us know about the options.
They offer forks so don’t be afraid if you can’t use chopsticks, they’re at the table so you don’t even have to ask.
They have a wide variety of drinks and desserts. We gave the Ube a try and were pleasantly surprised; the Ube was really good. I had the Lychee mocktail which wasn’t too sweet.
The portions are great for the price, they range between 15-20 dollars per bowl and most get a good amount of left overs. They have take out contains as well.
Overall: good price, good food for pho lovers, and the wait staff is awesome! Shout out Jonathan he did great.
Also they do birthday stuff!!
