Went here for dinner Friday around 4:30 PM, weren’t many people inside at this time, so no wait. We were immediately served chips and salsa upon being sat down. Waiter was attentive and communicative about menu items. I really appreciated the quickness in our chips and salsa being replenished at our table without us even having to ask for more (10/10). Cute Christmas decor was in the entrance as well as a grass wall and light up sign.
Since it was Friday, they had their margarita special going on, so I decided to try one of their drinks with my dinner (10/10) small glass, but mighty! The flavor was really good; believe I chose raspberry flavor. It was very strong and gave a great buzz. To eat, I decided to try the Combo Azteca (10/10). Steak, garlic prawns, rice and beans, and tortillas on the side. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Loved the flavors of everything together. Very delicious!
When I’m in North Carolina again, I will def be going to Don Pedro again, for sure on my go to list!

Outstanding establishment! Fast, friendly service. Clean with very big portions of food that you will be able to take home with you. The staff and manager equally top notch. No issues, would and will continue to eat at this restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great spot! Clean restaurant, friendly service, and really good food. Everything was hot and fresh. The salsa was incredible , we actually bought a 16 oz container to take home. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, the food was subpar and lacked flavor overall. The guacamole was prepared tableside by a trainee and was extremely bland—hard to believe it cost $11. The ACP was also disappointing, though the portion size was generous. Even the beans were tasteless. Would not return and would skip this place in the future.

The food was good, the only complain I have is that the waitress should know spanish, My family and I went to dine last night, they brought us something totally different then what we had order, due to respect i didnt say anything and Ended up paying $95 for what they brought me which was the mariscos bandeja, when I had ordered the Molcajete Azteca which was $32.. I had a great dining experience at Don Pedro Mexican Restaurant, especially as someone looking for hearty vegetarian options. I wanted to give this at least 2 starts, I really did. But the food was just SO BAD. It took away from anything else this restaurant has to offer. And let’s be honest, at the end of the day, that’s all that matters.
I ordered a steak quesadilla for $25 and it was about the same quality as Taco Bell. Except Taco Bell wouldn’t have burnt my steak. They also didn’t get the rice and cheese enchiladas my wife ordered right. Rice was flavorless and underdone. The cheese just doesn’t really melt and just looks and tastes weird. If I hadn’t paid 50 dollarsfor 2 meals with smaller than average portions compared to other Hispanic restaurants it wouldn’t be such a big deal. But I’ve never paid so much money for such poor quality food. Wait staff was nice though

4th time coming here I’m obsessed!! 100% authentic Mexican food and fresh guacamole!! I can’t even believe how delicious this food is my family and I keep coming back! the only place me and my family will eat ❤️❤️ also they had live entertainment on a Thursday evening, I was very impressed! Very wonder clean, nice, safe and cool atmosphere. The staff 10/10, every one is so nice and makes sure your food and drinks are on point! I really appreciate it 🙂 we will be back next week
