Terrible food and terrible service! I had high hopes but once I got my “ribeyes sliders”…..forget about it. It’s minced meat, tastes terrible and came with stale chips. My wife ordered the house salad with chicken, it came with rock hard, super dry strips…..inedible. Also the drinks are ridiculously over price, $18 for a weak Mule?! No way. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

It’s one of the better options at this airport. Everywhere else has 1 star. My only complaint is the giant puddle of sauce on the wings. Wish they would have tossed them in it instead.

I have not had bad service, but the prices are too high. I understand paying a little extra in an airport, but this seems higher than other airports I travel to. Also, the lack of prices on the menu is frustrating.
That said, as a Delta traveler that often departs from Gate A5 I can’t beat the convenience of having a quick drink while looking to see when boarding starts.

Terrible service and horribly overpriced, even for an airport bar. I had an over an hour before I needed to head to my gate but barely had time for a glass of wine (served in a plastic cup, for 15 bucks). So much for a quick appetizer for dinner. Apparently, waitresses here use the phrase “be right with you” for any time between ten and twenty minutes. This despite the place being half empty. Finding anywhere else to spend my money next time I’m through Midway.

After waiting to be served, as the server finished on her personal phone for another five minutes, I was told that the drink advertised on the front door was not available and nasty. I still went ahead and paid $45 for two drinks that were also nasty. As my partner and I sat down for four minutes, I was told that I could take my drink to go to make room for other guests who left gratuity– my partner and I were the only customers sitting at a table. Being so initially shocked at the request, I proceeded to leave without giving the cash tip that I was considering. Owners should definitely consider replacing this bartender scheduled at 6pm on 9/20/22. How rude.

Service sucked, food mediocre, plastic silverware, paper plates and expensive as hell drinks. There was no reason for the poor service! They were not that busy. Not pricing drinks on the menu is B.S. Then busing the table and not providing a tip……are you effing kidding? So after 10 minutes I went searching for my check. I did not want to walk out. I tipped according to service and shared my concerns. Not that I think they’ll care. Too much time will be spent on the tip, or lack their of.

I’d give no stars but have to give one. Stay away from this place. Out of almost everything to drink. Service was very slow. No prices listed $15 dollars for 2 Lagunitos IPA beers and $18.50 for one old fashioned. Waitress had to make some sort of price change when we paid. We got ripped off but had to get to our gate. Didn’t have time to argue the price.

They were out of several items on their already limited menu and the food we did order and received was cold. It was overpriced, which I expected, but the quality was bad and service even worse. Waiter came and cleared our dishes after we had already been finished for 10 minutes or so, and then finally had to be flagged down for our check after another 15 minutes of waiting. I was never offered a refill on my drink even though my glass was empty at the beginning of my meal. They were not busy at all which should have been a warning, as we chose this restaurant because the other sit down places were packed and we didn’t want to wait for a seat. There may not be a lot of options at the airport, but don’t waste your time and money here.
